Great hotel and even better viee of the falls from the hotel rooms. Decent breakfast and evening reception is a nice break during the day. We were able to check in early and our room was upgraded to a higher flood for no charge.

Excellent rooms, breakfast was very good, excellent location, but staff could be more helpful in trying to satisfy the customers. Also, parking is very expensive given the fact that you are paying for a room.

excellent staff, and great food nearby. would recommend you get there at 4 o'clock on busy days and they will upgrade your room cause they usually overbook. Get the Keg dinner Package and your set. Pool area is on the 9th as well as the Keg, and you are just a short walk to the casino. Great for Families I always recommend the corner 2 room suites as they have fallsview from both rooms so the kids don't complain :P Try this Hotel and you'll enjoy it!

Very nice place to stay just avoid dining here. WE ENJOYED OURSELFS UNTIL WE GOT TO THE DINIG EXPERIENCE, The Keg was not worth the money what so ever, poor service, cold food, etc... Just avoid that part.

My family and I stayed at Embassy Suites during the labor day weekend traveling by car from NYC. I contemplated whether to purchase the the room with the falls view or not and decided to purchase the cheapest cityview room since we will arrive late and would just be there to sleep. I was warmly greeted by Deven at the receptionist desk for check-in. Without asking, Deven asked and granted his supervisor's permission to upgrade us to the presidential suite in room 4106 and 4108, which has spectacular views of both Niagara falls and American falls. If that wasn't enough, he gave me 5 additional breakfast vouchers. Thank you Deven for making to extra effort to make our short stay comfortable and memorable.

Hotel proximity to the Falls makes it easy to get around as parking is scarce and expensive around the Falls area. We will able to walk to the falls and the main attractions.

Breakfast is located at the Keg Steakhouse, which has marvelous upclose views of the niagara falls. The breakfast however was decent, spread is limited to the basics like bacons, eggs, sausages, pancakes and french toast. The pastry section only had two kinds of bread and one kind of muffin. Since I don't eat much for breakfast and it was complementary, I have no complaints.

Not relating to the hotel:
If you plan on going to Clifton Hills, a touristy spot great for kids and near the original casino, go with your stomach full, the food there is overpriced. You would be shedding out $12 for a Wendy's meal.

There's a go-kart place nearby with a nice track which I recommend. They give you coupon after you buy for first 6 so the subsequent tickets are less than half of what you originally paid.

great hotel with great views of the falls. Since we had just been to Niagara last year and stayed at the Hilton Niagara, we decided to stay at the Embassy Suites this time. Initially we had a city view room, again since we already had stayed in a Falls View suite at the Hilton last year, but when we checked in we just upgraded to a Falls view suite. It was worth every dollar. The room had a small window that could be opened which let us hear the sound of the falls. We took a ton of photos from the room, especially at night when the colors were changing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but I do suggest going early as it gets really crowded. We only attended the Managers Reception once since it was way to crowded. The pool was nice and the kids had a great time going out on the deck.

We only stayed one night, so we splurged on this room, #3309. I had booked a Queen Suite, but got a free upgrade at check in. It was like a honeymoon suite. It was a King Whirlpool Suite, and we never even used the sitting area. We did use the whirlpool, though. They had two sitting chairs right in front of the floor to ceiling window. At night, we watched the lights come on in the falls right from our room. With tax, the room came to just over $300 in July, prime season. Since I had never been there before, and will probably never go back, I thought it was worth it for one night. Clean room, good service, concierge, free breakfast buffet, and free Manager's cocktail reception during the week. Valet parking, no self parking. Just across the street from the newly renovated Incline Railway which takes you down to the falls. Just don't eat next door at TGIF's; bad service. Bring your camera and binoculars, and relax in front of the window of this fabulous room!! We did!!

Room Tip: The higher the floor, the better. Ask if you can get a free upgrade to the King Whirlpool Suite.
