I love staying in high rise hotels and this one had the view of all views. Every morning I opened my window to the falls and every night went to sleep from the roaring of them. Amazing place, amazing food and close to everything that the Canadian side of the falls has to offer.

Room Tip: If you are afraid of heights in anyway, this may not be the room for you.

We paid extra for a falls view which was obstructed by the Keg Restaurant although we could still see most of the falls but not quite what I paid for. I should have asked them to change rooms but we were only staying one night and it was already getting late by the time we arrived. The service wasn't bad and the drink at the managers reception was a nice perk, but the snacks were a bit odd. Giant bowls of chips, pretzels, hummus and baby carrots. It was really crowded with families, so I wouldn't recommend it for a couples get away. Getting Breakfast included is nice but it was also very crowded and you had to try to find a table while carrying a tray and a I got knocked into by a few children and ended up wearing my coffee. The elevators were really slow as well.

The room was comfortable with nice tv and ammenities, just a little dated.

Stayed here with a Travelzoo deal in February. What a fantastic stay!

The deal came with $40 at the Keg, $50 at the casino, another discount at East Side Mario's, plus the usual manager's reception, 2 free drinks, breakfast, etc. At the time of booking, I was told they were sold out of 2-Room King Bed Fallsview Suites, but at check-in (which we were able to do early!) one was available for us. The room was a lot of space for 2 people, would definitely be a good fit for kids (sofa bed in one room, door separating that room from the room with the King bed). There was a fridge, cofffee maker, microwave, dining table, plus a separate sink and mirror from the one in the bathroom - made getting ready much easier!

Manager's reception was a little disappointing, but it was a nice snack before dinner. We beat the crowd - would not have wanted to wait in a long line for drinks, so get there early! We also saw LONG lines at check-in - try to get there early or a bit later to avoide the crowds.

We had some issues with dinner at the Keg, as they had overbooked on a bunch of reservations, but the manager was very accomodating and gave us 2 free drinks and free dessert without us asking for anything.

The pool was a good size, not too crowded around 6.

Never made it down to breakfast, we went to the diner in the casino instead. We had also parked at the casino - you get free parking with your players card, and since they don't track when you enter the parking garage, we were able to park overnight with no issues.

Room was very quiet. Even with some guys drinking in the hallway a little ways down from us, with our main door closed, plus the door separating the bedroom from the living room closed, we didn't hear a thing. The only thing missing was shampoo (I think we got 2 shower gels instead).

Overall it was a great stay. The room was very clean and tidy, staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Stayed here mid week in March with my family and had a great time. We upgraded for a nominal fee because it was mid week and ended up with a large suite with an awesome view of the falls. we found the beds comfortable and the room came with breakfast and cocktails and snacks in the evening. The staff were very accommodating especially at the breakfast buffet.
Only complaints is that they charge almost $10.00 per devise for internet in the rooms per day, they need to fix that and get up with the times, all other hotels offer free WiFi , also there was a hefty parking fee. We found parking at a hotel 1 block away for a fraction of the price. I couldn't bring myself to pay $30.00 for parking when the hotel was surrounded by empty parking lots mid week.
Just a hint, many of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity are overpriced like the Keg, it's worth going a little further into the city to find better value. One exception, Zappi's pizzeria restaurant is a cute family owned restaurant just 2 blocks away and was great.

Room Tip: you may be able to get a deal on an upgrade mid week off season.

The rooms were great, beautiful view of the falls, with a comlementary breakfast. Great for a family, especially the arcade. But, then we went to the information desk. We wanted to go to the Rain Forest Cafe (pricey, but great food!), and when we asked the information desk what we needed for the WeGo Schedule (transportation bus), They didn't give us the right schedule. so we had to stand out side for 30 minutes (and ended up standing in the tgi Fridays place (which was super cooparetive by the way). I'm not naming names, but the lady at the desk, i'll call her m, but she was super uncoopartive for our WeGo bus schedule. We had to ask strangers the bus schedule and look at the schedule on the WeGo sign. They gave us horrible information and didn't bother to call WeGo or change their bus schedule. So if you're ever in Canada, I suggest not going to Embassy. Because of their poor information. I'm pretty sure an information desk should know that kind of information! But, overall, good bell boys and waitors. They were amazing, I give them props! So go by your information, because we looked at the bus schedule at 7:40, and has to stand out there for 30 minutes, because they told us 8:00. But other then that good cleaning and good service except for M.

Stayed for an overnight getaway with the wife a couple weeks ago. Rooms are nice, we were offered a cheap upgrade to the Presidental Suite (corner room, only real advantage is seeing the Horseshoe falls from the living room) so we took it, not really sure we would again though.
Wasn't thrilled by the Manager Reception, just a few snacks and pretty weak drink options but it was free.
Last year we stayed at the Marriott next door and we enjoyed the pool area there much more. This location has a pool and a couple hot tubs adjacent to the pool but the Marriott has a better layout with the hot tubs in another room and a wet and dry sauna as well.
Breakfast buffet the next day was good, pretty standard but the omlett stations are nice and pretty flexible with what they will make.
All in all not a bad place by any means, but given the other options in the area we would probably go somewhere else next time.
