Niagara Inn Bed and Breakfast
Ranked #32 of 69 Niagara Falls B&B and Inns
Reviewed April 9, 2014

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B & B. David, the innkeeper, was very gracious and friendly. We were the only guests in the house and we were treated royally. The breakfast was delicious and filling. We brought the muffins home with us! It is on a quiet street and we slept as well as we do in our own bed.

When we arrived nobody was home and a little note and key was left for us :) our room was lovely really homely like your grandma's house and nice clean. It's a tiny bit out of the main bit of Niagara Falls but we walked in the day (about 20 minutes) and got a taxi at night (inexpensive and 5 minutes). Quiet cute street and breakfast was absolutely fantastic we were stuffed! Thank you :)

We have stayed in this B&B in 2010, 2009 and 2008. We have always found the rooms to be well maintained, clean and bright, and the bathrooms to be the same. The food had always been well cooked, and David would cater for needs as required. Yes, the outside looked a wee bit 'worn' and maybe needed painted, but it was exceptable.
David was always helpful with advice, and when I had a problem with a hire car, he helped us sort it out.
The reason we do not stay there now is that sue to my wifes, disabilities the B&B is not catered for wheelchairs and so we have to use the hotels in Niagara Falls now.
The place is also to far from the falls tourist area for my wife to walk, and paying the parking fees in Niagara Falls is jolly expensive unless you know where to look.
All in all this B&B suited us fine, was well maintained and a pleasure to stay at. Only just got around to leaving these comments as I had forgotten to do so in the past. Had to leave a date for staying as trip advisor would not let me leave review unless I put a date in.

This bed and breakfast is highly recommended. The accommodations, breakfast and ambience was excellent. Lee, the owner, was one of the nicest people one could meet. His breakfasts were the best one could ask for and he was helpful in arranging our days in Canada. By the time we left, we considered him a friend and hope to visit again in the future.

Room Tip: The West Wing or the River View

If you are a fan of bed and breakfasts this place is ideal. The room itself was clean, cute and comfortable. The house was a nice old home which is well maintained and decorated with things you might expect to see at thrift stores/antique stores. The walk to the falls was just a touch longer then we would have liked - about 20 minutes - but certainly a manageable distance (would not be great with small children I imagine).

My wife and I stayed two nights and enjoyed the breakfast each morning of homemade muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, and a warm main dish (eggs-in-a-hole the first morning & french toast the second). The real gem of the place is the house manager Dave (not to be confused with the owner who is also named Dave). Dave was a fantastic, welcoming host who we had a great time getting to spend time with chatting about nothing and everything.

We would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys B&B's.

Room Tip: We stayed in the English Breakfast Room.

Cosy decorated rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast (fruit salad, home made muffins, french toast). Fifteen/twenty-minute walk to the falls. Near Queen Street where you can find a really good French bistro/crêperie, named Paris crêpe café. The ideal spot when you want to avoid the tourist crowd near the falls. Close to the train station where you can get the train to Toronto or New York. The only downside of our stay was that there was no-one present when we arrived and we had to let ourselves in.

We enjoyed this quaint property located close to the water in the serene part of town. The room was comfortable, the house clean and the dining room was a charming setting to share breakfast conversations. The breakfast was hearty. David is an easygoing person. Thanks David for accomodating our stay!
