Rob and Bill have designed and built the most luxurious experience by Niagra Falls. This gorgeous home, redone by the lovely boys themselves, is within walking distance of the falls, but they will probably offer to drive you there to make life a little easier, and you can have a bite to eat and wander back at your own pace. The boys are lovely, funny and a joy to talk with so make some time if you can for a chat in the beautifully appointed lounge in the evening (great light) or at breakfast in the morning. Speaking of which don't eat too much at dinner - breakfast just keeps on coming! Gluten Free or other dietary requirements are accommodated with ease and a bright smile. Such a huge pleasure - I can't believe they have only been there five years!

Room Tip: The Topaz room has a separate entrance and so you tend to feel you have a little more privacy but ca...

Bill and Scott definitely run a top notch and affordable B&B. First off their prices are far better then anywhere else especially considering the location (you can hear the american falls!) and the Niagara river is only a 20 second walk out the front door! second the hospitality is amazing, Scott even stayed up until 1:30 am to greet us on our arrival to the B&B after our long drive. Also, which we thought was very special, was that they have a huge balcony (only on the jade room) for sharing late romantic evenings after a beautiful day of hiking.

The Breakfast was top notch, eggs Benedict with potato pancakes and homemade banana and pineapple nut muffins. My wonderful fiancee is sadly allergic to most everything on the planet yet Bill did a great job of providing us a great (not boring at all) breakfast for her as well, even making her her own special muffin.

After a great conversation about the area and tips on what to do Bill even gave us a bottle of his great homemade Shiraz wine to celebrate our upcoming wedding.

Stay here if you want a memorable time in a great vacation destination.

The above best describe our incredible experience, compliments of our gracious host, Bill. Every detail was an example of perfection. Our room, The Jade Room, was amazing with an historical flavour of all that is defined by quality. Each breakfast was uniquely different and caused us to pause with each delightful morsel. Truly consider overnighting at this incredible B&B. It boasts a standard of excellence!

Absolutely a gem, one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in - and I have stayed in a lot, all over the world! The Manor is a gracious, charming building, lovingly restored - rooms are good sized, well appointed, and very clean - very good linen and facilities, fridge in the room, etc. The owners are wonderful, good fun, very good conversationalists, and extremely helpful and generous. The breakfasts again, the best I have ever had at a B&B - both quality, and quantity ... and the owners urge you to take a bit of cake etc with you, for your day ahead ... the crockery deserves special mention! I have never seen such exquisite crockery in a B&B, and sets changed every day! More like having a breakfast in a gracious manor house, than in a B&B - also, the breakfast is eaten en famille, with all guests present, which makes for interesting conversation and exchange of ideas. The B&B is just a few minutes' walk, either from Downtown, or the awesome Niagara Falls. Nice lawn and garden around, B&B just across from the Niagara River, could see birds, and esp Turkey Vultures soaring the skies! Had a fantastic time! Thank you, Rob, Bill and Scott!

Room Tip: I stayed at the Topaz room, which has a separate entrance, and was superb - couldn't see other r...

My wife and I stayed at the Greystone B and B for 3 days. Bill and Rob, our hosts made this visit memorable, gourment breakfasts, touring advice, rides to town, even making sure we had our clothes laundered before we left for our next stop. Our room was comfortable and very private with its own entrance. Close to town, Would definitely stay on our next return.

We used this B&B as exactly that; just for the bed and the breakfast. We checked in, left to visit the falls and do other activities, returned late, slept, woke up, ate, then left again. Thus I cannot comment on much other than these two activities and the owners.

However, it was a perfect bed and breakfast in this regard =)! The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. We both had an excellent sleep. I have no complaints about anything in the room.

Breakfast was fantastic. It was delicious and plentiful. Not much to say here; I was fully and happy when I left the table.

The owners are very nice. They even gave us a coupon for a nearby attraction at no cost. They were very helpful in guiding us to what to do in the area. They sat with us at breakfast for a bit and just chatted about the surrounding area and some history.

All in all, if you are looking for a bed and breakfast, you need not look further. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the owners were accommodating. What more do you want in a B&B?

A review for Greystone is pretty simple. It was a perfect stay. A must: Take the time for the outstanding breakfast and for a chat with the two owners - and hope you get the chance to try the stuffed French toast. Thanks for the recipe!
