The hotel itself is quite nice, with a small pool and gym. Otis about a 10 minutes walk down the hill to the falls with all the tourist stuff on the way. With the exception of one incident it was a positive experience and when you are only really there to see the falls it's worth sacrificing a bit of quality for cheapness for a night or two.

The only sour note was one of the maids picked up a plastic bag containing a friends sunglasses and threw them away thinking the bag was garbage. When a manager was spoke to the general attitude was there is nothing they could do and because the maid had been there for a long time they didn't think she would have done it.

The hotel was just your average hotel, but the receptionists were courtesy and allowed us to check in at 12:30 even though check in time was for 3:00. We booked the room through "Orbitz" and were pleasantly surprised to find that they upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi. I don't understand all the negitive reviews from other people. This is a tourist area with high turn over and the hotel was within a realistic price range being so close to the attractions.

Hotel stay was awful, the room was tiny for the price paid, the power shut off in our room, every time that the A/C came on the tv got fuzzy, the towels were awful and the shower was broken, breakfast was a joke, do not stay here it is a dump

Room Tip: Go to a different hotel

The only good thing about our stay here was the location which is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the falls area but close enough to walk to the falls. Despite arriving before 9 a.m. for breakfast every morning as advised by the front desk, the buffet line was terrible and there weren't enough tables and chairs to accommodate everyone. One poor dad was standing over his cereal bowl eating while the rest of his family ate at the table. The pool area was dirty, and there weren't enough parking spaces to accommodate everyone parking for the night. What topped off our stay was the fire alarm going off at 4:30 in the morning. No explanation was given other than that it was a malfunction. Meanwhile the entire hotel was left standing outside for about 20 min. Not a fun visit.

Visited Niagara falls in March and stayed here. The hotel is fairly new, therefore it's clean and in a good state. For the price, it was a good value. Breakfast was ok, I'd have expected just a bit more.
Overall, If you find a great deal, then stay here.
