My husband and I have stayed at this hotel AT LEAST 8 times!

Most recently was Jan '06, May '06, Feb '07, May '07 and Jan 4-6 / 2008.

The staff is SUPERB, the hotel is close to everything, rooms are GREAT ... obviously no complaints!

The parking was a bit of a hastle because you had to park in a lot behind the hotel and across a road. But if you see an open parking space jump on it! Nice pool. Comfy beds! Approximately 1 mile walk from falls.

Beware the streets look like Las Vegas at night. Walk on the hotel side of the street if you have kids or are scared easily. There is a haunted house and sometimes a scary man in a mask walks back and forth in front of it with a knife. After you get to the stoplight you can walk on whatever side of the street you like. Things are very expensive. There is a 14% sales tax on everything! Denny's was about twice the cost in the U.S.

My family (mom, dad, sister, brother-in-law, 2 nieces, brother, sister-in-law, boyfriend and I) stayed in a set or rooms - one suite and one room - that were connected. We were celebrating Christmas so we also had a large quantity of "stuff". The rooms were great for a group or size. The continental breakfast was pretty good. My mom and niece enjoyed the pool. We could walk downtown which worked out well. We also could walk to the falls which surprised me because it was so cold. I figured that we would drive but we never had to get in our car once we arrived. Everything of value was within walking distance. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall a great hotel.

We were looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Niagara falls and the Days inn was perfect for our needs. It is block away from all of the lights, arcades, etc. (and therefore, pretty quiet) at Clifton HIll and a short walk to the falls. We basically just wanted to see the falls and only stayed one night. One reason we chose to stay was the free parking. The free breakfast was another incentive. We had a king room which was large and comfortable. It was very clean. The front desk staff were helpful and were able to answer any questions that I had. There was some noise in the hallway late at night (it sounded like some young people returning to their room after a night on the town)--they were a little bit loud but after they passed by it was not a problem. I cannot blame the hotel for this. For us the hotel provided a clean, convenient and comfortable place to stay. If you are at the falls and are not fans of the tourist trap type places, I recommend that you visit the charming town of Niagara on the Lake, about 10 miles away. THe drive there on the Niagara parkway is a nice drive with many scenic overlooks and the town of Niagara on the Lake is lovely.

If you want somewhere clean, in a good location and at a reasonable price, then this is the place for you. Breakfast is also included. We booked a queen bed suite for $134 for 1 night. This was on Thanksgiving weekend, so you can probably get a better rate at other times of the year. From the hotel you can walk to the American Falls within 7 minutes and then along the river for another 15 minutes to the Horseshoe falls. The walk is pleasant as you are looking at the falls most of the time, so its not really an issue. Staff seemed pleasant and were happy to give us a late checkout of 12pm on our departure day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, we were pleased with our stay.

Stayed at the Days Inn & Suites Niagara Falls from Sept. 23rd through Sept. 26th. We had a standard room which had a refrigerator in it and 2 queen beds. The room was spacious and clean. There was a continental breakfast served every day, which we took advantage of. The kids also really enjoyed the pool. There was free parking and the room only cost us $69/night. There was a microwave in the lobby /breakfast area which we took advantage of warming up leftovers from our meal the night before saving us the expense of eating out another night. The hotel is located just north of Clifton Hill, so it is within walking distance from the falls and many other attractions. But, just far enough away to get away from the crowds and the noise. The staff was also friendly and even printed out mapquest directions for me. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, singles, and families.

i decided on this hotel after months of researching the area on-line. it got good reveiws on this site. i was very happy with this hotel. it had all the amenities i wanted-free parking, free continental breakfast, free wifi, fridge and microwave. the bed was comfortable. i had a 2 room suite and it was very roomy. the obly thing i would change would be to add lighting under the microwave in the coffee pot area. the location was perfect for us. the walk up clifton hill was a little rough by the end of the week but so worth it. we added an extra night on after we were there 2 days and it was no problem. our total cost for the week monday night through saturday morning was just under $500. i will absolutely stay at this hotel again.
