“Acacia B&B”
Reviewed August 5, 2012

My husband and I spent a few nights at this B&B. The hosts, Gordon and Chaesun are really attentative and very pleasant to chat with. The Inn is very nice and clean. The location is great because you can walk to the Falls. if you don't like cheesy downtowns, I would suggest leaving town to visit Niagara on the Lake up the road about 15 miles north.

Saw this B & B on TripAdvisor and it lives up to its reviews. Gordon, the owner, met us at the doorsteps and made us feel right at home. We were asked when we wanted to have breakfast and coffee - we are early risers so we appreciated being able to have coffee when we needed it. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Gordon and Chaesun were wonderful and accommodating hosts. The location is the best and most convenient of the B&B's in Niagara Falls - closest to the action but still quiet. People Mover stop right on the corner of our street so we parked car and walked everywhere. Great location, helpful hosts, wonderful food. Our room was comfortable and clean. I'd easily recommend this inn to anyone who'll be in the Niagara Falls area.

My partner and I stayed at the Acacia whilst on our recent hoilday and what a wonderful B and B it is! Everything about the Acacia is truly first class...from the warm welcome on arrival to the gorgeous room and the amazing breakfast. I can honestly say that the room was most definitely the cleanest and thoughtfully appointed accomodation that we have stayed in for a long time. Gordon and Chaesun are both very kind and helpful, taking pride in excellent customer service...I only wish that we could have stayed longer! If you are visiting Niagara, then this is the ONLY place to stay!

We had our second visit to Acacia B&B and had the same wonderful experience as last year. Chaesun and Gordon are so hospitable that we feel we are part of their family. The accommodations are charming, extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet, despite the very close proximity to the falls. On both visits of 5 days each, we were impressed by the culinary skills of our hosts and every day brings a new surprise. Whenever a guest has a special request, the hosts go out of their way to accomodate the guests. We will certainly make more visits to Acacia.

Room Tip: All rooms are charming so the selection should be based on the size and budget. The Coventry is the...

My spouse and I decided to take a belated Valentine’s Day getaway to the falls. I originally was looking at hotels on the main drag. I must admit I was a little worried about a Bed and Breakfast because we had never stayed at one before and I wasn't sure what to expect.

So when we got to the Falls we decided to stop in to Acacia to get a quick peek live at the place and meet the owners. Gordon greeted us at the door with a smile and was all too happy to invite us in and give us a quick tour answering any questions we had. Lucky for us there was a vacancy and without hesitation we locked in the room.

First let me say Chaesun and Gordon partner up to make this stay so wonderful, you cannot and will not be spoiled or pampered like this at 6 Star Hotel! Place was clean, breakfast was fresh with so many choices and plenty to eat which will please anyone! Rooms are well appointed each with their own baths. We stayed in one of 2 rooms with a jetted Jacuzzi tub which comfortably accommodates 2. This was so relaxing and was perfect to jump start the romance.

The Hosts were instrumental with tips about the local surroundings, directions to places and things to do. The place is in a GREAT location and is one street over from Planet Hollywood, The Casino,Hard Rock Cafe and just about 15 minutes walk to the Falls all which can be viewed from the newly built private balcony off our room! Everything is within walking distance. Did I mention everything is within walking distance! Leave the car there!

This place is priced very reasonable and offers free parking! Gordon and Chaesun are excellent Hosts that genuinely enjoy what they do which is why superior service will be found here!

Thank you both for the hospitality and conversation. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Myself and three friends stayed at the Acacia B&B during a summer road trip. With beautiful accomodations and a location that allows easy access to the falls we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and they make sure that everyone's stay is the best it can possibly be. I will definetly be visiting again!
