“Start Your Niagara Morning Off Right”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2014

If you're coming to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and are looking to have a great breakfast in a quaint bistro type setting, then plan on having breakfast at the Fuel Cafe. Fuel Cafe is located at The a Tower Hotel on the ground floor and it's well worth the stroll up from the other hotels along the strip or from the Fallsview Casino. Everything is fresh and the multiple omlets to choose from are a favorite! What more can you ask for, great food, great service all at a reasonable price. I'd rather eat at little breakfast bistro like the Fuel Cafe than a chain breakfast restaurant or an "all you can eat" breakfast restaurant where it's all about quantity rather than quality.

“Reasonable prices for fresh food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2014

We stayed at the Tower Hotel to which the Fuel Cafe belongs. We had breakfast and were pleased by the food Chef John prepared for us. We had pancakes and omelettes with fresh fruits. The price is more than appropriate. Debbie gave us the feeling of always beeing welcome again.

Absolutely awesome. Brought the wife and in-law"s to check out the place. Food was excellent and service was prompt and superior. Satisfying to the discriminating. Must return again. The waffle and three egg combo was quite satisfying and the sausages were very tasty.

“Great breakfast in fancy hotel area”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2014

Fuel is situated in The Tower Hotel on a street facing Niagara Falls, which is full of fancy hotels offering expensive options for breakfast. Fuel offers 2 egg omelettes, crepes and other breakfast options for $6 - $8 : We were happy with the service, quality of food and availability of this option.
The staff was friendly too!

“Amazing Breakfast!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 30, 2014

We stayed in the Tower Hotel and ate breakfast at the Fuel Café each morning. The food was excellent and the service was too! Chef John serves up a delicious meal and Debbie was very friendly and made sure we were happy. I should also mention that the cafe was spotless. We would highly recommend this café - it's reasonably priced, the food's great and they make you feel right at home.
