Fuel Cafe is located at the base of the Tower Hotel facing Fallsview Boulevard and therefore no falls view. It is a very small restaurant with about 10 tables. It offers a small menu which includes omelettes and crepes. There are lunch options available as well. Upon arriving, we quickly occupied a table people were vacating. There was only one server working and she seemed to be very much overwhelmed - she cleared the plates, but did not clean off our table with a coating of icing sugar. We ordered our food and drinks and we waited a long time - about 15 minutes to receive water and other beverages and more than 30 minutes to get our food. The food - I ordered a fruit crepe - was tasty, albeit a little heavy on the icing sugar. Everyone else at the table thought their meal was decent. So, not a bad place to grab a breakfast, if you are in no hurry! BTW - make sure to check out the funky purple chairs in the Tower Hotel lobby!
