“Small place, decent food, LONG wait”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

Fuel Cafe is located at the base of the Tower Hotel facing Fallsview Boulevard and therefore no falls view. It is a very small restaurant with about 10 tables. It offers a small menu which includes omelettes and crepes. There are lunch options available as well. Upon arriving, we quickly occupied a table people were vacating. There was only one server working and she seemed to be very much overwhelmed - she cleared the plates, but did not clean off our table with a coating of icing sugar. We ordered our food and drinks and we waited a long time - about 15 minutes to receive water and other beverages and more than 30 minutes to get our food. The food - I ordered a fruit crepe - was tasty, albeit a little heavy on the icing sugar. Everyone else at the table thought their meal was decent. So, not a bad place to grab a breakfast, if you are in no hurry! BTW - make sure to check out the funky purple chairs in the Tower Hotel lobby!

“Just right”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

I am glad that we went here and not to the typical IHOP restaurant or casino buffet.
The prices, taste and portion size was perfect. I find that I always end up wasting food or feeling super stuffed at most restaurants, but this place was just right.

“Bring up a great breakfast and sit in your room enjoying the view you came for.”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

4.5/5 food for takeout. Needed a bit of garnish (veg./fruit) for 5/5 but not much of it considering the $7 not $11 price a la "cora's" chain.
A great option to bring great food to your room for $7 instead of $21 with room service.
Very fresh. Good quality.

“Cheerful and Satisfying”
Reviewed November 1, 2012

This cafe is located in the Tower Hotel. It offers breakfast, lunch, and light snacks. For a small cafe, it has a wide range of choice. from toast to crepes, omelettes, eggs, waffles, pastries, wraps, soups, salads, sandwitches and flatbread pizzas.

The service is cheerful and accomodating and the food, prepared to order, arrives just as you order it.
