This is a wonderful place to stay from the moment i showed up to the time i left they made me feel like family & i would like to say a very special thank you to Heather Neufeld she is a angel & a kind hearted person she made my stay a unforgetable one i was with my wife on our honneymoon from june 17,2018-june 25,2018 & we are going back in june of 2019 from june 14-24 can't wait to be back.

Note to Groupon.....do not participate in the “package promotion”...They first gave us room 134....soak and wet carpet, flys and fleas....next room soak and wet carpet, and the room had a very strong chemical smell ( hotel employee was with me for the 2nd room)...third room, they put us in 306 and the bathroom light didn’t work. As for the voucher for Applebee’s, they failed to inform us, at check in that it was closed. Found at out at 430 PM that there was a shuttle to the other Applebee in Fallsview. (For a ten dollar voucher?). The voucher for 30 dollars to “Remington’s steak house not worth it....the average price of an entre is about 30 dollars and you must buy two entres. We were excited to about the vouchers included.....but they are not worth it .......We were trying to save money buy using the promotions to celebrate my husband being cancer free and our 10th wedding anniversary. it in the end it wasn’t worth it....It’s sad that the front desk couldn’t help out (They don’t make the rules I know, but give them a little bit more options so they help out the frustrated guest....I’m not trying to get anything for free, I just wish you could have showed the pricing options of actual cost when using vouchers....So much for celebrating my husband’s news of being cancer free and our tenth wedding anniversary

Staff are rude and talk in circles. Was told my wife and I couldn't stand on the balcony outside our room. Security said there was a complaint. I asked who made the complaint and he replied that he did! They called it congregating. I asked why we weren't told that upon booking and the manager said I signed a form upon registering. I had to explain the difference between registering and booking. She replied with we can maybe look into that. I asked why my wife and I can't "congregate" in front of our room and get fresh air, and she said we were a fire hazard!!! How 2 people standing on a balcony outside the door of the room is a fire hazard is beyond me. We weren't loud, we weren't, drinking, we weren't smoking. They gave us a written warning with threats of a $400 fine because we stood outside our room!!! We found out we weren't the only ones being targeted but many other visitors received the same treatment.

Room Condition: Old, not very clean, AC did not work well, Friends had mold on the ceiling of their room.

Location: Close to Clifton Hill

Never will I stay here again or recommend it.

Is more of a motel/Inn than a hotel. Location is perfect for those that want to partake in all the tourist attractions at Clifton Hill and the surrounding areas. Service was helpful and friendly. Some hidden fees when booking for security deposit, partial charges, parking daily. Overall is pretty comfortable and good size rooms. Cleanliness can be improved upon but not terrible. Overall would stay again

Parking fees are very clearly states on all websites and guests are informed of them upon checking - there is nothing hidden from guests same with security deposits. Awful rusty water. Told me to run the water. 6hrs later I gave up on having a shower. Morning staff very rude and lied about some tourist tax added to my bill. Googled and found out it’s not mandatory but voluntary. Dirty towel left on floor of bathroom. So I assume it wasn’t cleaned. Never again
