We stayed here for two nights. Our check in went fast and smooth. We were given a room in the back corridor (cause we had a pet.) Our room was nice and clean with plenty of water pressure for the shower in the morning. Our only complaints would be the old mattresses that are on the beds. We woke up with sore backs both mornings. (Loved the pillows!!) Oh, and the twenty dollars a day for a pet charge is a little dear in price. A flat rate would be a little easier on the pocket book. Also the WiFi was weak in our room. It worked quite well in the lobby and the parking lot. Other than that, our stay was quiet and enjoyable.

We stayed in one of the motel style rooms on the ground floor behind the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Kids enjoyed the pool. Front desk staff were helpful - told us where to find free parking at the Falls. The free WIFI was too weak to use in our room. It only worked in the lobby and parking lot. Easy drive to the Falls.

We stayed here one night on the way back down to the states because the hotel we were staying in across the street was overbooked for our last night. It was ok. The lady at the front desk was not the nicest and irked my husband. We heard about the many hidden fees the hotels there liked to charge so he asked her what the total bill would be for one night. She repeated the base nightly rate to him several times. He asked "what is the total amount including taxes, parking, etc..." She made it clear she was annoyed with his questions. He was annoyed but I was tired from a long day at a theme park and knew it was just for one night so I went in, talked to her, ignored her attitude and moved on.
The room was just ok. It did the job. I couldn't stay there for more than one night though. It had older furnishings, a big old tube TV, old linen, an uncomfortable bed, dirty lamp shades, ehh... It was the exact opposite of our room at the Ramada Plaza right across the street. That room was awesome and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!!! The only thing that sucked about that other hotel is that our son's iPod was STOLEN right out of the room!! :(

Stay at this Hotel for 3 nights while attending a Youth Soccer tournament with my family. Room I stayed in need a lot of work to be done to it. Holes in the wall and bathroom look run down. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and the indoor pool was OK. Free parking was great and location is not bad. If you are planing only to stay one night and need a place to stay in pitch its not too bad. I would Recommend to find another hotel, if you looking to stay longer. No mini Fridge in the room which force you to fill up the sink with ice to keep drinks cold or you need to have your own cooler. Needs a lot more TLC to get a higher rating. Restaurant attach is outdated and food is OK.

Room Tip: Rooms on lower floors can hear the water being drain from upper floors.

I stayed here for one night while travelling through Ontario.

Free parking is definitely a bonus, since many other hotels in the area actually charge.
The location is also quiet handy, on Lundy's lane, easily accessible to main intersections, and less than ten minutes drive from Rainbow Bridge.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a diner (Wimpy's ?) attached to the hotel, which is good if you are too tired to walk out to eat. The diner closes at 10pm.

Had room 509, facing the front of the hotel. Room was very spacious, with a sofa and table, small dining table and chairs, flatscreen tv (not used), coffee maker with basic fixings, and the hot tub... a few steps from the bed. Wanted to try the hot tub, but did not seem to work when setting the timer.

The room and bathroom were fairly clean, possibly recently updated.

Overall a pleasant stay, in this no frills property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The motel is not fancy but it is clean. The desk clerk (Christine) was very friendly and offered some good tips since this was our first time in Canada. We would stay here again. We appreciated being so close to the .
