We had a great one night stay at the Hilton. We checked in on a Tuesday for one night. The room was a suite on the 32nd floor that overlooked both the American and Canadian Falls. We had two large bedrooms (only one had a view), with a large bathroom in between. There was also coffee, a fridge, etc. We couldn't get the gas fireplace to work in the one room, but since we were there one night we didn't call down to the desk to complain. We had four ladies in the room. I did have to ask for extra towels but the maid was on the floor and she gave me towels and more shampoo, etc. for four people. Room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We had a package deal that included $30.00 off the Watermark for dinner, two free breakfasts at the Grand Buffet, and several other coupons. We did the valet parking for $29.00 per night, not cheap. Check in was easy and very smooth. The only complaint was they pushed the bill under the door sometime in the middle of the night which woke me up!

The only other complaint had nothing to do with the hotel, but the Falls were supposed to be lit up from 9p to midnight but they never turned on the lights! You can still see them because of the lights of the city, but I wished the color lights would have been on!

Stayed for 6 nights in May-June/14. Could not have asked for a better location to everything--convenient and nice view. A bit noisy if you face the casino due to constant music being played through the outdoor speakers as well as the hotel lounge (live music--which was really good however) but seeing the falls, casino gardens and weekend fireworks from your room makes up for this! Lineups to checkin or ask questions was always SO long & slow. The hotel staff was accommodating to move us to a room with a nicer non-parking lot view & fridge (although fridge froze most of what we had--no controls). Could improve with better housekeeping--don't think carpets are vacuumed often in rooms or hallways. Random amount & size of towels each day, walls in bathroom were dirty. Housekeeping staff on 2 out of 6 days also seemed to bang around a lot (every 30 seconds)--going in and out of rooms to their cart in the hallway--letting the door slam against the lock they turned to keep the room open--as though it was a wake-up call for me to get out so they could clean my room (I was ill so this was very annoying). Self Parking is a big of a hassle as they don't want you to leave your vehicle to load/unload by lobby yet above ground parking you must use stairs to get back to the building. Good pizza & frozen yogurt place in the hotel! Beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable! Loved the air exchanger whereby you open a "window" to get fresh air! Nice sizes rooms and well appointed (furniture, lamps, desk, lots of tv channels, etc). I would probably stay here again however due to the location and comfort!
