The lobby was under construction and set off the fire alarm at 1am. The wifi was $14 a day. The breakfast buffet was $20 with mediocre eggs. The pool slide and hot tub were nice. The staff were all great. The bridge to the casino was slower than walking across the street. There are limited options for healthy food in walking distance.

the hotel was very nice- when we got there we asked the desk clerk if they had a cork screw which they gave us one . The taxi driver drove us to the duty free liquor store before we got to the hotel - after settling in we asked for a refrigerator , which they brought us one, then they brought us robes to go to the swimming pool . The restaurants are very nice - we got the breakfast buffet each morning of our stay . Re: location - The walk to the maid of the mist boat ride is about a 15 min walk down a steep hill which was very hard to walk back up to the hotel . We were on the 20th floor falls view and it was amazing ! There was an elevator strike going on and is still going on I believe but thankfully the elevators didn't break but at times the wait was 10 min before the elevator came to our floor . I tried the whirlpool tub for the first time and loved it .

The worst hotel customer service ever. Truly a waste. They don't care about the customer and the rooms are nothing to make up for the way they treat you. Not worth the money you spend to stay there. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night and no one can tell you anything. You have to request that your room be cleaned and the family suites are SUPER tiny. You have 8 people in a 2-bedroom suite with only ONE bathroom. You walk into the bedroom directly so if you want to go out at night, you wake everyone up when you come back in. Bathroom is next to second bedroom with a HUGE picture window so when you turn on the light, you wake everyone up in the second bedroom. Was not worth the $800 you spend for 4 nights. Stay somewhere else, Super 8 would be better than the Hilton.

Well, we book this hotel well in advance of 3 months and were not disappointed at the accommodations at all. The room was excellent (double bed) the beds were very soft and we had a "falls view" of Niagara!! This alone was worth the price of the room, which I thought was very reasonable. I don't think you heard me, both windows (23rd floor) of our room gave us splendid viewing of both falls. OK, there is the casino across the street that sits between us and the falls, but from the 23rd floor even its roof top parking is below the 6 or 7th floor of the Hilton. My only disappointment was that the Wi-Fi was not free in the rooms, but was free on the mezzanine level, in the business area, where they also had 3 free computers for guest to use as well. Not crowded for this time of the summer, I found it to be pleasantly comfortable to mingle in and out of the lobby during the day and across the catwalk to the casino across the street. I would definitely stay here again! Everything (attractions) were all walking distance from the Hilton. No need to rent a car (great tip from our taxi driver on our way over to Canada).

Nice accommodation, beautiful view, A/C not working ( fixed promptly), coffee pot not working, printer in business center not working and we were told it had never worked from day one, major Elevator problems. We had to walk down 20 floors in north tower because of no elevator service. False fire alarm at 1:00 am and we evacuated and walked down 4 floors before announcement to return to rooms. Then we walked back up 4 floors. I do not recommend this hotel.
