Stayed on the the 36th floor of the taller tower. Excellent views of the falls and a great room. They do have all the things that you would expect to go along with it. Had the breakfast buffet in the Marketplace which was exceptional, but pricey. Also had an amazing dinner at the Watermark with great views and service. Price is the only downfall as it is an expensive stay and they manage to add on fees wherever possible. (Tourism fees, $25 parking..etc.etc.) Was at the front desk to only check in and out and both times were behind people being explained all the extra fees on their bill. If you can afford it, well worth it!

We had a Fallsview room on the 16th floor with a view of the American Falls but a better view of large areas of rooftops......not quite the view promoted on the website. The room was clean and comfortable, but the "suite" area only had one light which made it too dark to use and enjoy. Not enough light to really play cards on the table there.
The staff were wonderful! Everyone was most pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast buffet included in our package was excellent with a good variety of foods. We also had a coupon with our package for the Watermark Restaurant on the premises. The meal was wonderful, beautifully served, and being on the 33rd floor afforded a lovely view of both the Canadian and American Falls without the view of large commercial rooftops.
We took advantage of the pool, waterslide and hot tub, all of which were fine......a good idea to take some flip flops if you plan to use this area. Robes are provided on request, which was much appreciated.

Room Tip: In booking I would want a room on the higher levels to avoid the rooftop view and street noise from...

Great room fantastic location with all the amenities. Would do it again in a heart beat. We were on the 47th floor. Weather sucked but nothing in the city compares with the location. You see both falls in the premium suites if you get a room right in the middle of the floor the Casino does not block the views of the two falls.

Room Tip: Get a room near the elevators. They are quiet and the view is best

We reserved a Fallsview Suite and were placed on the 50th floor where we got an excellent view of both the American and Horseshoe falls. Our trip was to celebrate an anniversary from 13 to 16 of February. It really was the perfect choice without having to break the bank to see the falls.

In the room, we had a fireplace, jacuzzi and sitting room. The jacuzzi was great, but I was a little dismayed that the (fake) fireplace didn't emit any heat. However, it didn't tarnish any part of our experience at this hotel. The sitting room also came in handy when we were getting ready to go out or eating.

We ate breakfast in the hotel as well as ordered room service. The room service was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was good too but a little overpriced. But it could be difficult to find a reasonable breakfast anywhere in this area.

The hotel also has a pool with a really awesome waterslide. Since it's indoors, it was useful even in the winter. We were the only ones using the waterslide, so we took unlimited turns.

Like any Hilton hotel, you're going to see extras here and there like breakfast and internet, but going in the winter when there are just the right amount of people made it more cost-effective and pleasant.

I can't say what it would be like in the peak seasons, but this hotel was definitely worth staying at in the winter!

Everything was excellent...beyond our expectations! The view from our room was spectacular...the food was wonderful. The only disappointment was that the Fallsview Restaurant wasn't open for breakfast and there was a long lineup.

The "mid tower" of the hotel is old and desperately in need of a refresh (dated, dark, with a marked up decor). My room 1517 had the constant smell of raw sewer coming from the bathroom vent (confirmed by housekeeping). At check out, I advised the "supervisor" on duty of this situation. I was given a token reduction on my bill and was made to feel that I was unjustified to complain about a sewage smell that filled up the room. Completely unacceptable for the Hilton chain. The other "towers" are newer and appear to be much nicer. When booking and checking in to this hotel, make sure you avoid the terrible mid tower!

The room was as advertised but the hotel desperately needs to update their linens. Our duvet was just a cover with disintegrated matter inside and the towels were as rough as the carpet. Everything else was as expected.
