Ramada Niagara Falls by the River
Ranked #33 of 128 Hotels in Niagara Falls

The Property was Neat and Tidy, and the hotel was on a Silent patch away from all the hustle bustle of NIagara Falls as it is a little away from the main attraction. Good for business persons and who want a good Night sleep as its away from Niagara Falls and yes u will get a complimentary Parking ;-)

This hotel is just off the beaten touristy track, but close enough to everything. The rooms and hotel was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, quick, easy and free! We were pleasantly surprised at our room upgrade! The Only down fall was we were on the second floor where the pool is, and it was noisy until the pool closed, but it quieted down as soon as it closed, this is also the smoking floor so some of the rooms had some guests that were in the 20's, and maybe that was part of why it was a bit loud, but not like animal house or anything. Having spent time in other smoking rooms, I can say this hotel did a good job keeping the odor down, much better then some of the higher end hotels I have also stayed at.

I come into the Hampton inn on a constant basis due to my gambling habit, and the cheapest hotel in Niagara for the cleanness. However lately they haven’t been as clean as I would like for them to be. I had a spider in my room, the comforter had orange spots and the customer service isn’t the same anymore. The breakfast as a lot of variety, but the food is made out of cheap ingredients. I was once pleased but very disappointed lately.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for New Year's Eve.

The rooms were decently big as well as the bathroom. The beds were decent for sleeping. Parking was included in the hotel.

The hotel came with a continental breakfast which had various items. It included many cereal and bread options (muffin, bagel, bread, english muffin), as well as sausages, eggs, yogurts and even fruit salad.

The only downside to this hotel is it is decently far from the falls for a walk but an easy car ride away. That being said for New Years you can either face trying to park downtown (which we did, and was horrendous and took forever but was free) or attempt to get a cab on probably one of the busiest nights of the year. There are also few places to eat around there and it would be better to head downtown to clifton hill to eat.

We had a good two nights stay here. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. Service was friendly and speedy. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it is open until midnight.

Breakfast hours are 6am to 10am... Great options: donuts, hot waffles, breakfast sausage, omlette, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt etc.

Wifi was a little finicky and didn't always work. Parking is free! Location-wise everything is a short drive away. Nothing walk-able around the area though.

We recently took a trip to Niagara Falls for our anniversary. We stayed at the Hampton Inn for three nights and it was very relaxing! We were out and about and in and out during the days and it was always nice to come back to our hotel. First of all, it was very affordable! Every part of the hotel was clean and inviting. The hallways always smelled great! (like Downy dryer sheets) We used the pool and the hot tub several times. There were always fresh towels in the pool area. The continental breakfast was always a treat with a wide variety of items for everyones pleasure and it was always restocked as people came through. The front desk employees (all shifts) were extremely friendly and helpful, as we were always asking about a good place to eat, etc....The actual hotel sits right on the river road in a very nice, peaceful area, away from the congestion of the falls but not to far away from the falls in one direction and Niagara on the Lake in the other direction. It's a lovely ride either way you go! We would stay again!

Room Tip: We stayed on the secong floor about eight doors down from the pool and exercise area. It was great t...

This is an outstanding hotel. Others reviewers and I concur. It was my distinct good fortune to be greeted at reception by Kim, a young lady who has mastered the skills of hospitality. She is efficient, responsive and very professional, and she makes you feel very welcome and very important. As the "face" of this hotel, and the point of first contact, the owners are lucky to have found such a personable and skilled woman to represent their interests.

The room I was assigned on the 5th floor was very clean, very comfortable and smelled new, as did the hallways. Housekeeping and maintenance are obviously proud of the rooms and keep them impeccable. The room offered a flat screen tv, free wifi, a great desk/work area, a lovely bathroom, comfortable beds, a great view, and all those "touches" which makes a guest feel at home.
In addition, the owners of this outstanding hotel have decided to add several other welcoming touches: a complimentary hot breakfast, several kinds of hot coffee and tea, available 24/7 in the cafe off the lobby, and delicious cookies at the front desk counter. There is also a pool, a gym area, and free parking. What more can the traveller ask for?
I have stayed at over 50 hotels throughout eastern Canada in the last 3 months, and I rate the Hampton Inn as one of the best I have encountered.
I will return.....and may not leave tomorrow! :-)

Room Tip: I suspect every room is on the 5th floor is of a comparable high standard and offers a pleasant view...
