I stayed in the King Suite room and it was super nice. It was roomy, clean and felt like home.
The housekeeping staff kept the place clean. My only complaint was the room service. Every time I called to order food- the number was busy. We ended up going down to the restaurant to place our order and then waited super long for it.
Breakfast was delicious. Stayed here with a big group and they opened the breakfast early for us- which was really appreciated. The attached restaurant was all right- but not enough vegetarian options. Good if you like pub food and drinks :)
We were here for business but the hotel was in a great location and a quick drive to the falls. I'd come back for sure.

While our new home is being built in Niagara on the Lake, we have made arrangements with Laurie Salter, Asst. General Manager to stay at the Ramada for 2 months. She had shown us a King Suite which is where we are staying. It is a spacious renovated king suite which includes 2 T.V.'s, a private bathroom with a bath and shower. In the sitting room there is a sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. Inthe sitting area is a mini fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker. It is conveniently located across a huge outlet mall and is very close to Niagara Falls and all the attractions.

Don Cherry Sports Grill is located in the hotel and have a great breakfast.

The front desk staff are pleasant to deal with and are very informative

Room Tip: Corner suites are large and sunny

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Plaza this past weekend for a fall getaway, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Great location, right across the street from outlet mall, and the shuttle service that takes you down to the falls stops and picks up right in front. Our rooms was fantastic, large, spacious and we even had a mini frigde and microwave in our room. The bed was so large and comfy, I had to ask the front desk staff what kind of bed it was so that I can order one as well.
Thanks to the staff and Don Cherry's restaurant for making our stay very enjoyable.

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite, we loved it. :)
