The young ladies at the front desk did not tell us our rooms were on the west side of the hotel and we had to ask our way 2x. The front desk staff need a lot of work. The room was not clean, dirty rug, burnt out lamp of beside table. Dust on everything. I always bring my slippers because no matter where you go your feet are dirty! No hot water for shower, not even slightly warm. I am also again requesting the fee of $3.99 be reimbured to me 2x as I had bought 2 groupons. I also want m $1.20 reimbured. The Embassy Suites returned my money and there is not reason for hidden costs. There were 4 of us; normally there are 8 who travel together.

Room Tip: Stay away from the road noise if possible.

I have addressed your concerns with our Executive housekeeper in order to ensure that there are no incidents with room cleanliness in the future. The facility fee is clearly stated on the hotel website as well as online with any third party deal websites and is a non-negotiable fee. We apologize once again for what transpired during your stay and wish to serve you better in the future.
