We used our Carlson Club points and had a falls view and whirlpool tub. We first stayed there 10 years ago and they recently remodeled. The sleep # bed had terrific bedding. Microwave and refrigerator were very useful. Place was clean and quiet. Walking distance to nice restaurants and falls.

Front staff was excellent . Nick the front manager went above and beyond in accommodating our family with 2 small kids. They provided us with two cribs which (Dave and David) has set up and arranged in our room. Nicest staff I've seen in any Raddison I stayed at. As a gold elite member of club Carlson this hotel has lived up to all the great reviews it has received. There pool was clean and decor was nice for kids. The only problem I have and this has nothing to do with hotel is the price to eat is very expensive in the all the Falls restaurants but that's typical for tourist area. Thanks Radisson Falls for a great memory for me and my family.

As we entered the room, a large bathroom was to our left and in the entryway was a closet. There was an iron and iron board in the closet, which came in handy because we had to iron dry our clothes before we could pack after visiting Behind the Falls on a rainy day. The large bathtub had jacuzzi jets, the water pressure was excellent, and there was plenty of counter space. There was no clothes drying cord.

Walking further into the suite was the living room/dining room, which was furnished with a dinette set, a double sleeper sofa, an easy chair, a coffee table, and a TV on top of a dresser. In an alcove was a microwave, sink, refrigerator and coffee-maker.

The bedroom had two queen beds, a TV, dresser, closet, and an easy chair. Both rooms were spacious. We did not pay for an upgrade so we did not have a view of the falls. Both rooms were well-lit. The air-conditioning was excellent and there were plenty of electrical outlets to charge our cell phone, cameras, iPod, etc. While our room (#319) was well-maintained, the furnishings are at "mid-life."

Complimentary WiFI is available; there are also two desktops in the lobby for guests to use.

The falls are within walking distance. Tony Roma's is next door and the Outback restaurant is close by. Tim Horton's, Appleby's, and a casino with a buffet are other restaurant options within walking distance.

Please check "yes" if this review is helpful.

We stayed here for a weekend with our kids in a family room with a lovely view of the falls. The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable. The valet service gentlemen were very pleasant, the only minor problem was that the pool was a bit chilly, the kids didn't mind it much but I had hoped for a hot tub and was a bit disappointed when it was the same temperature as the pool. Other than that I'd recommend this hotel, it was worth it!

Dear Kiyda

Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that your family enjoyed their stay with us. Our hotel does not have a hot tub, it does have a whirlpool but it shares the common water of the pool. I will pass along your comments to all of the staff as they do appreciate hearing them.
We hope that should you be in the area again someday you decide to stay with us again.

Hi Shelley , thanks for the response , I tried to reply with details below but your email bounced back as it was a noreply address :

We were in town for a friday 11 AM wedding , I would have contacted the desk about the bed but had no time as we were active in the wedding planning and in the wedding party

No time for anything else. ............................the sleep number bed should be checked each time the bed is inflated to make sure the numbers are showing up .....My wife said hers did on her side , mine didn't . We have a sleep number bed a home so we have our favorite sleeping numbers .

Furthermore , getting ready for the wedding in the bathroom lighting was terrible , we had to step out of the washroom to see ourselves properly in the full length mirror with the curtains wide open to allow enough natural light in . lighting is an issue there

Cheers Bob

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. We did not have a falls view and were on the first floor next to the parking lot. The room is actually one of the larger ones we've stayed in before complete with two queen beds, a desk, sofa, coffee marker, flat screen TV and a full closet. The room was very pretty and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Our only complaints about the room is that our heater was a bit loud when it turned on and we were by the parking lot. On our last night, we were awoken to people running around screaming and yelling. I would recommend not staying on the parking lot side. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We opted to not get maid service during out stay and the housekeeping staff left a bag on our door with fresh towels, more coffee and toiletries. This hotel is at the south end of Fallsview. It's about a half mile to a mile away from the Maid of the Mist in Queen Victoria Park. It's probably about a third of a mile from Fallsview Casino. We recommend this hotel, but be prepared to walk a lot. However, there is bus stop right by the hotel and plenty of taxis. The valet parking does allow in and out privileges.

Room Tip: Avoid having a room along the parking lot.

The hotel is located only a couple of blocks from the Falls and many restaurants. Other attractions are within walking distance. The hotel lobby was nice and cozy. All hotel employees were friendly and professional. My room has two queen size beds. The beds were very comfortable. The room was also very clean. Both the room and bathroom were average size. When I made my reservations several months in advance I have the choice of a room with falls view or room with city view. Of course, the rooms with falls view are more pricey. Since I been to the falls several times I booked a room with a city view. However, what I got was a room with a "parking view". Please be aware that not all rooms have falls or city views. You may be facing the beautiful parking lot. By the way, the parking is $20 per day. Most hotels in Niagara do charge for parking. Overall, the hotel is nice in a good location. Other similar hotels may charge even more. However, if you are in budget, you can stay several blocks aways from the falls and save some $$$.
