We requested a NON SMOKING room and we got that but the smoke from the other rooms was coming into our lower level bathroom through the vent. It was horrible. When we called and made reservations, they told us there was NO FEE for the wireless connection for internet service, they told us as we tried to connect that it was 15.00 a day to have the internet in our room. Picture and discription on the internet says free champagne, there was none, only WATER to drink. When we got there the hotel had NO WATER, about 45 mins after we checked in we had water. The next morning we awoke to , yep you guessed it, NO WATER AGAIN!!!! They knew the city of niagra was having problems all WEEK with not having water and not ONCE mentioned it to us as we were checking in or as we booked the room by phone. Our down stairs TV did not work, we called on it and they DID not send a person up to even look at it. Each time we wanted to go from the lobby to our room, we had to take the elevator, and each time it was at least a 20-30 min wait in line to get to our room. The only too good things about this hotel were, a clean room and a great view of the falls. Housekeeping also came into our room EVERY time we left our room for whatever reason, we know this because there was always more coffee and sugar packets in our room when we came back, now I really see NO reason for them to be in our room that many times in a day...only when you ask them to come. My recomendation?? If you dont want to shower or make coffee , if you dont want to watch tv and dont mind waiting in line forever to return to your room??? Stay here , if not, RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!! They wouldnt even return any of our money to us.

The Sheraton is pretty much everything you would want in a hotel in Niagara Falls. Right next door to Clifton, and conveniently attached to the Rainforest Cafe, and the Hard Rock, which leads to the (older) Casino. We were on the sixth floor and had a great view of the falls, which at night were absolutely spectacular! The room was spacious, and very clean. Our standard room even had a fireplace and seating area that added to the room's overall appeal. The staff were all extremely pleasant and were very anxious to help and even went out of their way a few times to provide more than we asked for. The room service was adequate, what you would expect from a large chain hotel. The price of room service seemed to be in line with what you would have paid for similar fare on Clifton street. A little travel tip: speak to the concierge on your way out the door, double check on your directions for the attractions you are about to see. They often have discount coupons tucked in their drawer; They might only be for a couple dollars, but every cent counts!

I here alot of complaints about reservatoin problems. I have had this happen to my wife and I twice, wrong room problems mostly. However the hotel staff was great and prompt. They gave us a better room and a free night both times this happened. The staff told us how to make sure this problem wouldn't happen again and it has not. When we travel to the falls my wife and I stay almost exclusively at Sheraton on the Falls, in my opinion the best views hands down. The staff is great. If there are any problems small or large they take care of it as fast as possible. I go to the falls 5-6 times a year and the hotel is great, It is in the middle of the falls action. Weather its gaming, shopping, barhopping, or just relaxing in my veiw this hotel is the best around.

My husband and I stayed at Sheraton on the Falls in early February. I read a lot of hotel reviews trying to choose the right hotel. We could not have been happier with our choice. The location of this hotel is excellent - walking distance to both falls yet in the middle of the tourist district close to all the attractions and restaurants. Our room was on the 17th floor - awesome view of the falls. The hotel is in great shape, rooms are clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. We had a tub and a stand-up shower. There was even a small tv in the bathroom! What impressed us the most was the hotel's stuff - excellent and quick service, very friendly and professional. Our second day there we decided to order breakfast to be delivered to our room when we realized that we were out of the order forms as we have already used it the night before. Not a big deal, we called the front desk and asked for another one. Not only were they there a minute later, they were so apologetic about it, they offered as a choice of $15 off our breakfast or a 2 pm checkout the next morning. Great overall experience. Will definitely recommend it, well worth the money spent!

What a VIEW..... We were put on the 21st Floor, we had booked a corner suite as it was our wedding anniversary and we can honestly say this was the best room in the hotel.

The staff on the desk were helpful and booked restaurant and flowers for our anniversary.

We had a brilliant view and a fantastic time. Didn't want to come home.

We went over the American side at $6.00. Good views from this side.

We also done a helicopter ride over the falls, this is a must to get a even better view.

The only downside to the Sheraton was there was no standalone Bar. It was located next to restaurant so you couldn't just sit there and look at the views for the evening. instead we ended up at the Hard rock cafe. Staff here were also good.

Fantastic hotel and staff and if we came back this would be our first choice. But remember if you want a room with a view go higher.
