After a recent stay at The Sheraton on The Falls, Niagara Falls Canada, I was asked to take a general survey provided by Sheraton. After completing the survey with all “10’s” for highly satisfied, I felt it necessary to E-mail the hotel manager with the reason for my response. What follows is a copy of my E-mail. This hotel is highly recommended.
Not being sure if the survey's actually reach you, my wife and I wanted to be sure you were made aware of our response in the "Comment" section of the survey. I could have gone on about what a great experience we had but I didn't want to be long winded.
I realize that most people just check off “Outstanding” when completing these surveys but, being SPG members for the past several years, my wife and I have stayed at several Sheraton and Sheraton affiliated Hotels and we both agree this was the best experience we have had. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who we came in contact with at The Sheraton on The falls but then the compliment would be the same. The entire staff was genuinely pleased to assist in any way they could. Yours (The Sheraton on The Falls) could be used as an example to other Sheraton Hotels as to how customer service can and should be. We are already planning a return trip.More
