We stayed here with our three kids for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Our interaction with the staff was somewhat limited to check in but they were friendly, clear and efficient. We had to call the front desk in the middle of the night, loud people (aka party) outside our door at 3am. Within ten minutes it was taken care of and the night was peaceful. The pool, hot tub and sauna were average, nothing special and has the ability to get crowded very quickly if the hotel is busy. Parking was a bit pricey and not in a secure lot. The hotel is very close to the Falls but a good, healthy walk away from the tourist district - which can be good or bad, depending on your viewpoint.

Room Tip: We had a city view room but found that the view from the elevators was spectacular and enough. We d...

We stayed here for the last two nights of a spring break trip. We have timeshares with Marriott and were upgraded to a falls view room. We had two double or queen sized beds and a rollaway. Traveling with me were my husband and three kids (ages 13, 11 and 9). We got to the hotel around 7pm and we were pretty tired. We ordered room service, which is expensive. But it only took 30 minutes (instead of the usual hour) to get to us and it was pretty good. We went to bed that night with the curtains open so that we could see the falls (which were lit). The next morning we had breakfast in their concierge lounge which had eggs as well as normal continental fare. The hotel has a shuttle service which can take you to all the tourist areas. I suppose we could've walked but it was 40 degrees, so we chose to drive. It was five minutes for us to get down to Table Rock Visitor's Center and we were able to walk along the walkway there enjoying the views. We also had the buffet breakfast that was offered the next day and it had something for everyone in the family, including made to order omellettes, pancakes, bacon and sausage. We were very pleased with our stay, even though it was brief.

We recently stayed one night at the Marriott Gateway, which hosted a dance event that our daughter was participating in. All the staff that we encountered - housekeeping staff, doormen, front desk - were friendly and professional. The hotel, though well-maintained, is beginning to show signs of age, and is currently undergoing some renovation work, which did not hinder our enjoyment. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, as well, as a Milestones restaurant on site. There are numerous other dining options within walking distance. We would definitely use this hotel again if the opportunity arises!

So far, it is the best hotel I ever stayed in. I don't travel a lot, but at least once a year I stay in hotel. I don't go to luxury, but usually it is moderate 3-4 star hotel like Four Points or Hampton Inn. We had "Superior Fallsview, Guest room, 2 Queen". It is very clean, new hotel with contemporary style. I would recommend you to get this type of room, you will get amazing view of falls, unforgettable feeling. It is very good value for the money, we paid about $200 per night, it is definitely worth it. We also got a complimentary breakfast, which was very nice quality, and nice style. You feel like be treated in 5 star hotel. GREAT EXPERIENCE. WOULD RECOMMEND 100 %

had groupon deal and stayed there for 2 nights. the location is nice, room is clean and nice.

We knew we would be charged 13% or so tax on the hotel stay and for parking too but total of about $10 so called TOURISM CHARGE is not something i understand. When i asked what i will be charged in total including everything, i was just told of the tax . I didn't like pressure of giving TIP at the hotel restaurant. I went there for breakfast in morning, beer in afternoon and dinner in evening, I had deal for breakfast buffet and drinks included with room stay but while eating breakfast, the ladies would put something on the table and says THIS SAYS I HELPED YOU. it is nothing but asking for tip. it is disgusting and i hate it.
this is why i don't like eating at hotel restaurants. I do tip but when what i eat is free (included in room stay), why i am still being asked to look at some bill and tip?
I'd have given 4 or 5 star if this didn't happen!

This hotel was ok. Not super close to the main strip, so depending if you want action or quiet, this is good or bad. They are doing renovations now, so there was some noise and a lot of workers, but nothing too major. Overall an average hotel. Not super great, but definately good enough. Make sure to ask for any CAA discounts, and free breakfast buffets (save lots of $$)!

Room Tip: If a fallsveiw room is not super important, get a city view room (about $40 cheaper), you can still...

This hotel was wonderful and the view was incredible. Spend the extra money and book the superior falls view room. The view is amazing.

Room Tip: Superior falls view room. Try to get as high a floor as possible
