the OSI is a typical boutique style ol´ fashion hotel with heavy tree-feeling snd dignity.
A little like staying in a tobaccobox ;) theres a fine ol fashion atmosphere and same values for politeness, service and helpfulness. The hotel is only a 10 min beautiful walk away over a bridge through a little forest to wiew the falls GREAT!!! You can vanish in tourism and you can find your own quiet way in the beautiful surroundings and nice walks along the niagara falla road - both ways...up & down. During first day and the first visit to the Falls we saw a raccoon with a cup on the road
The OSI serves a great breakfast and good coffee - and I would return - had I the money - at any time

Room Tip: I think maybe all rooms are ok - we had a look to a lawn outside and was visited by squirrels so we...

Was really apprehensive about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but we had no need to worry. Rooms were large although we hardly spent anytime in the hotel. The pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it.

Great location, pretty much next to the Skylon Tower and a 10 min walk to the Falls.

The front desk were so lovely, happy cheery and willing to help with anything. They stored our cases for us before check in as we arrived really early.

Best of all is the free car parking and location, for what we paid we really couldn’t have asked for anymore.

My sister and I stayed here Sunday night to Monday of the September long weekend, and we're SO glad that we choose this Inn. Truthfully, what attracted me the most when comparing with the other hotels we were considering was the fact that it was free parking, and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. MAJOR plus!!

We arrived about an hour early for check in (check in was at 4 pm) but the woman behind the counter (BEAUTIFUL registration area!! Felt like we were in an Inn in Germany! Lovely) let us do a "pre check in" and leave our car parked so that we could go wander around and come back later to get our room key. So that's what we did. We came back around 5:30 and got our key right away, and found our room, which was very spacious, and nicely decorated. Matched the theme of the hotel well. There was a sink by the toliet as well as outside of the bathroom which was nice considering we were 2 girls sharing the room. No wait for the mirror :)
When people say that the hotel is within walking distance of the falls, they're not kidding. The Imax is literally right across the street, Skylon tower is across the street and to the left, and the falls themselves are about a 10 minute walk away depending which way you take.
Highly recommend this Inn!! I'll definately be staying here again when I'm in the area!

The hotel is very historic and you can woody fragrance coming from the wooden wall. Staff was friendly and room was clean and nice too. Just 5 minutes walk from the fall which is very nice. However, we had very limited channel and the TV was not working. Overall, a good experience with this hotel.
