“Superb view of the falls. Great, friendly staff.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2014

This was our second stay at this hotel.
Lawrence, one of the duty managers, was very helpful before and during our stay.
We chose to upgrade to a bi-loft room this time. The room was wonderful and very spacious. There was a little issue with the jacuzzi, but the room was so great that we didn't bother to ask for a new room. The room was very clean. Judy, who did our housekeeping, was super friendly and accommodating. She left a positive impression on us.

The room came with concierge lounge access which was a great bonus. The drinks and snacks were convenient. Maria, the attendant, was also a wonderful addition to our trip. She was pleasant and took the time to come chat with us. She was very welcoming.

I suggest that you chose one of the many packages with your room. The breakfast alone is worth the package.
We didn't use the dinner voucher, but we did use the breakfasts, the wine tasting, the shuttle, and the Spa vouchers, and we did the Jackson Triggs wine tour. We also had free internet.

Parking is $30 per night. Not much different than any other valet parking.

We used the gym twice. It's quite nice for a hotel gym. Nice machines, a universal weight system, some free weights. There was water, towels and fruit available. Only suggestion is to lower the heat. It was a bit too hot for a gym.

The pool looked inviting, although we didn't use it.

The Spa. It's called Serenity Spa. It wasn't very serene. I'm no spa expert, but don't people go to the spa to relax and unwind? Since when is it acceptable etiquette to have your cell phone on, talking on it, or having it "bing, bing, bing", as you text with someone? It was the noisiest spa I've ever been too. I'm glad I had vouchers. It made it easier to overlook the fact that it wasn't relaxing.

The hotel is very close the the casino. You can walk to it in under 5 minutes. Best way to go is through the back door and over the walkway.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Room Tip: They all seem to offer a great view. Only thing to suggest is to be away from the elevators.

The location is great, just in front of the Falls. Awesome room, with terrific views, you can spend all day enjoying the views! Great restaurant at a fair price, recommended!!. This was my first time in this hotel and won’t be my last. Don’t miss this gem! jim_webb

Absolutely stunning winter falls view from the hotel room. I had booked a romance package which included a king suite with jacuzzi, $25 credit dinner at then hotel, $25 credit for the fallsview casino and two glasses of wine in the hotel lounge. Total came to $245.00 including tax and it was worth every penny spent. No money was won though in the casino lol. Totally amazing trip. A four star hotel, make sure you get above the 20th floor. Seeing the falls in winter and in the summer are both spectacular in their own right.
Definitely go to this hotel you will not be disappointed.

We spent a lovely weekend at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable and the view was incredible. When we opened the curtains it was pure blue water!!! Nothing in the way, we got the best pictures right from the room! The restaurant was excellent. The chef, Ron, has a lovely menu, the food is of such high quality, and the care taken by the entire staff in preparing your meal from the kitchen to your table is evident. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the view is the best! The spa was wonderful, very private and enjoyable.

The best compliment I have is that we will ONLY stay here from now on when we visit Niagara Falls!

Room Tip: Choose a room with a Falls View, it is worth it!

Check in was really quick and upon seeing we had a baby they immediately had a playpen sent up to the room for us. Room was clean and comfortable. View was absolutely amazing and totally worth it. Sunrise is not to be missed. Close to many restaurants and you can park at Fallsview Casino for $5 overnight if you don't want to pay $30 at Marriott, it is just a short walk from the hotel. Lobby bar a bit expensive ($8 a beer) but is a great atmosphere and good service. Starbucks in lobby. We were also given many vouchers to use for the spa and some restaurants. We used the milestones voucher, it was at the Marriott across the street. We will definitely return.

.... our room was close to the elevators but we heard nothing

Room Tip: Higher floors have better unobstructed views, ask at check-in and they should hook you up

We traveled here in the dead of winter. Our window was high above the horseshoe falls. Spectacular! Interesting to see the falls frozen over.

The service was good, housekeeping went the extra mile to give us dining tips.
We had one little glitch, we were both constantly sneezing in the room! We discovered that, although the room was very clean, the top of the credenza had not been dusted in forever it seems. We both have a problem with dust.

At one point our car was not brought up in a timely manner, but they went the extra mile not charging us for parking that day. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotels location and view would be hard to rival. In the summer you could walk to the Falls park from the hotel and you could walk to the casino, restaurants and shopping.

Room Tip: Try to get an elevated room overlooking the falls.

Excellent stay! Our family had a great time. The hotel room and pool area were very clean. With the Peter Pan deal, we had free Wifi, shuttle passes, tokens for the arcade, coupons for breakfast and dinner. There wasn't a fridge in the room, so I called and they brought one up for us. The movie that we ordered didn't work, so they fixed it and then waved the charges. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view! We'll be back!
