Stayed here for one night. My mom had it on her bucket list and I went with her. From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. The valet did not rush us and we were able to gather just what we needed for the one night. The front desk clerk was so polite and our room was fabulous! I did pay extra for a higher floor and felt it was worth it. My mom sat by the windows for quite a bit enjoying the view of the falls.

This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls. However, you can easily hop on a We-Go bus right outside and go anywhere, including the falls and all the attractions. You can buy the bus pass right at the hotel in the gift shop. There are several places to eat right nearby and you can take the incline railway right from the hotel down to the falls if you don't want to ride the bus. (It does have a fee and only takes credit cards.)

The room was nice and clean, the beds comfortable, and the view was fantastic. The bathroom was nice and big, and even on the 21st floor we had hot water instantaneously when turning on the faucet. We never heard any noise from the rooms around us.

Room Tip: pay for the higher floor

We had a higher floor superior view room. Very nice view, close to everything. Is what you would expect in this price range at a major tourist attraction. Hotel is a ways away from the Vegas style strip which we liked. Very clean great staff. Would recommend.

We had originally booked the other Marriott, but changed to the Fallsview on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here before - and we did not regret it. Lovely hotel, valet parking, although the staff could be given refresher lessons on 'serving with a smile'. Upgraded to a higher floor (cost 30 dollars) and enjoyed every moment in the room.
Within walking distance to restaurants, the Maid of the Mist and other attractions. If you are spending 1-2 nights on the Canadian side of the falls, then I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip. We were on the 14th floor and the view was breathtaking. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost of parking is a little high at $30 but it is valet and you can come and go as you please. The location is great. Walking distance to everything. We ate at Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse. Amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view overlooking both the Horseshoe and American Falls was spectacular.. When we went on the Ferris wheel, the view was no better than the one from this fabulous hotel. It made our stay perfect to be able to wake up looking at the Falls since that was the reason we were there. If you're driving the cost is $30 per day to park your car, but they are very fast at bringing it out, and you can take it in and out all day. We thought it was worth it. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it is just a short walk down a ramp to the Incline Railway and over to the Falls - highly recommend this way to get down to the Falls. It was fun and easy riding the Incline Railway. I can still remember the view. There was a double rainbow over the Falls the first day we were there.

Room Tip: I think all the rooms overlook the Falls, but you absolutely have to have a Falls view if you stay a...

We stayed one night at the Fallsview Marriott while passing through the area. The check in was a breeze, location was very easy to find, and the hotel was fairly nice.

Pros
Fast check in
Nice gift shop
Starbucks on site
Room had a great view of the falls
Room was very nice, spacious, comfortable

Cons
One of my biggest issues with any resort and/or hotel is internet usage fees. If a mid/small range hotel located off the interstate can afford to include free wireless internet, then there's no reason in the world why a top notch hotel should charge a fee for usage..............pure fleecing, plain and simple. The only reason this resort got a 4 star instead of 5 star rating from me is based purely on this. It's that big of a deal. ;o)

Parking - $30/day for valet OR self parking. Again, charging for parking is a rip off and another way to nickel/dime guests. Increase your rates to include parking if it's that big of a deal. Otherwise, INCLUDE IT! ;o)

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room.

To celebrate out 10th wedding anniversary, my husband and I spent two nights and two days at the beautiful Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel and Spa, located on the Canadian side of the Falls. We had a room on the 14th floor (so worth the upgrade!) that had a SPECTULAR view of the Falls and activity on the streets below. The room had a king sized bed with a Jacuzzi style spa tub, fireplace and sitting area. On our first night, the weather was cool, overcast and cloudy, so that evening we decided to enjoy the lightshow and fireworks from the comfort of our beautiful room. The view couldn't have been better if we had been outside! On Saturday we used the fitness center on the lower level of the hotel which was well-equipped and clean. An attended information desk in the hotel lobby was convenient and helpful in securing information about local attractions that we wanted to see and do. The hotel also has valet parking for an additional $30 per day, but I would still recommend it. The front desk staff and gift shop employees were also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say that about all of the hotel's staff. When we tried to use our Starbuck's coffee card at the stand in the hotel's lobby we were informed rather rudely they aren't accepted at that location. Not a problem, but we could have done without the attitude from the on-duty barista. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fallsview Marriott and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the falls. Yes, they're more expensive but you won't regret it...
