We would highly recommend the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa. This hotel is at the end of the falls and the view is spectacular. I would recommend requesting the 10th floor or higher on the falls side. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only draw back was that there was not a microwave or coffee pot in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Room Tip: Ask for room on the 10th floor or higher - Falls view

what a view from this hotel. on the 16th floor it is the most breathtaking view.
Going to Niagra fall facing higher floors is an absolute must.
the lounge on 23rd floor was disapointing and not upto the mark for Mariott Plat members.
Family rooms is great for 2-3 adults and a kid
Bath Towels need some extending. Seem to be catered for Children

Stayed there last week for 2 nights. Absolutely breathtaking view of the falls from our 31st floor window - you can almost touch it.

Three disappointments: 1) Concierge Lounge is on the 19th floor - no public toilet on that floor! What were they thinking? 2) Elevators are slowest in the modern era; 3) The chain Milestone restaurant is situateed inside this Marriott - over priced for less than good food.

Room Tip: Take the Falls view rooms - won't be disappointed. Eat out.

Our room was terrific, 14th floor overlooking the brink of the Falls. The jacuzzi tub for two and the fireplace definitely added to the "romance" quotient of our trip! We needed to call Maintenance for a small issue and someone was at our door inside of 10 minutes. We didn't take part in the nightly wine tastings, we're not wine drinkers, but they looked well-attended.

Wonderful hotel offering excellent service , very nice room and if you book a fallsview room it is spectacular. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast buffet and elegant evening dinner. We found the employees to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great getaway. Parking is expensive $30 but you can take valet parking and they will bring you your car any number of times so it is a good service. Really don't need the car to get around , the WEGO system of buses is fabulous.

The Marriott has the best location overlooking the falls. You have to get a falls view room! Ask for the highest floor available - I did and received the 19th floor. Absolutely breathtaking! The rooms were comfortable, classy, and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms include a small fridge with no microwave. Pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing for the whole family. The staff were professional, yet personable and very down to earth. I definitely want to do Marriott every time I travel now.

Room Tip: Falls view room is a must - you will not be disappointed.

We took our 2 and 4 years olds here recently and it turned out great. We had a junior suite with a falls view and they loved it!! The room had a sitting area that easily accommodated the pack n play and a pull out sofa that was easy to use. Thankfully, we were able to shut the door to the main bedroom and watch tv in there after the kids went to sleep. The room had a fireplace as well even though it wasn't listed as having one.
The kids loved the view from the hotel but it was a little puzzle to find out way down to the falls with a stroller. Don't take the foot bridge from the hotel across the street or else you'll be carrying your stroller down a flight of stairs to get to the street. You have to actually walk out the front of the hotel to the street and walk down a couple of blocks and turn right at the casino to get to the falls. It was a 10-15 minute walk, so not bad.
Parking in front the hotel went smoothly even though it is a bit crowded, mostly because the Marriott is built around the Tower hotel. The driveway would be bigger if the Tower was gone.
Just as a side note, I checked the price of my room the day before we got there and found it was 60$ cheaper. So I called the hotel and they happily rebooked me at the lower rate! Much appreciated!
