We took our 2 and 4 years olds here recently and it turned out great. We had a junior suite with a falls view and they loved it!! The room had a sitting area that easily accommodated the pack n play and a pull out sofa that was easy to use. Thankfully, we were able to shut the door to the main bedroom and watch tv in there after the kids went to sleep. The room had a fireplace as well even though it wasn't listed as having one.
The kids loved the view from the hotel but it was a little puzzle to find out way down to the falls with a stroller. Don't take the foot bridge from the hotel across the street or else you'll be carrying your stroller down a flight of stairs to get to the street. You have to actually walk out the front of the hotel to the street and walk down a couple of blocks and turn right at the casino to get to the falls. It was a 10-15 minute walk, so not bad.
Parking in front the hotel went smoothly even though it is a bit crowded, mostly because the Marriott is built around the Tower hotel. The driveway would be bigger if the Tower was gone.
Just as a side note, I checked the price of my room the day before we got there and found it was 60$ cheaper. So I called the hotel and they happily rebooked me at the lower rate! Much appreciated!

First time visiting the falls and wanting to see it from the best vantage point possible, so we headed to the Canadian side and were not disappointed. This hotel is positioned directly across from Horseshoe Falls, waking up everyday to see this amazing site was truly spectacular. We were on the eleventh floor which gave a great overview of both the falls and the river. You can see the maid of the mist tours, Rainbow Bridge and quite a distance back along the Niagara river towards Buffalo, NY. The room was a king bed with the Jacuzzi bathtub as well as the stand alone shower and was very well kept. Parking is $30 CAD daily and to retrieve your vehicle requires a 10-15 call ahead time to the valet service. The hotel is located on the main traffic road for the area so there are many places to eat within a short walking distance.

Room Tip: Go for a room on floors 8-12 for a great overview of the falls area.

We recently stayed in June at this hotel. We have stayed one other time at this property. The check-in went very smoothly, even though they were extremely busy. I believe his name was Justin. I would say it was one of the best check-in experiences we have ever had. He really made us feel special and accommodated us with everything we needed. Very professional!!!! We are Platinum and our room was upgraded to a better Fallsview room with a separate sitting room. Great view of the falls. We ordered room service with the Terrapin Grille vouchers we had, it was excellent, even the kids menu! The We-Go passes are nice, it stops right near the hotel. Swimming pool is nice, gift shop is nice. Lobby is nice and they have a Starbucks inside. The only down side was that we were excited about watching the fireworks on Friday night from our room. I had a feeling we wouldn't be able to view them from our room (1215) as it was set back and part of the hotel blocked our view to the left where they are set off. I called the front desk to ask if they would be visible from the room and a woman gave me a short, very smart answer- she asked "Can you see the falls from your room?" I said "yes" and she said "well, then you can see the fireworks from your room." I knew I should have trusted my instincts because as my parents and 8 year old son stood there excited to watch them, they started and they were not visible. We could see the light coming from them to the left and hear the booms, but didn't see a single firework. So just so management knows, you CANNOT see the fireworks from room 1215. I wouldn't have minded so much if my answer wouldn't have been is such a condescending tone. Breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired, too. The servers are very friendly and nice, but the hot food honestly was awful. Overall, the hotel stay was good. We have stayed at the Gateway Marriott as well, and I would prefer to go there again next time.

Room Tip: room 1215 is a nice room, with a nice view of the Canadian falls, but you CANNOT see the fireworks from this room, regardless of what the front desk tells you.

We arrived for our three-night stay and were warmly greeted by Lawrence at the reception desk who noted that we were there for our wedding anniversary (great service!) and offered us a "two-story l oft" upgrade to our reserved room for a small and reasonable upcharge. We accepted and were delighted when we discovered our wonderful accommodation! The first floor contained a seating area with a comfortable couch, some chairs and a wide-screen TV, along with a bathroom/shower and a bar area with two refrigerators.
There was a staircase leading up to the second floor "'loft" which was magnificent. Remote-control draperies, a king-sized bed, a fireplace, jacuzzi and a wonderful 5-head shower stall.

The only negatives to our stay was the C$30 per day parking charge and lack of free wireless access in any part of the hotel except the lobby. Still, an outstanding choice with a spectacular view of the falls and surrounding area.

We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Room Tip: Choose a room at 15th or higher floors - and splurge for the loft if you can!

We just spent three days and nights at the Marriott Fallsview in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Our room was on the 11th floor overlooking Horseshoe Falls with a view that was breath taking. We had a very comfortable king bed with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, as well as a stand alone shower. We were very pleased with the room and the facilities at the hotel. We also celebrated our anniversary with dinner in the Terrapin Grille at the hotel. Our dinner was very good, the service was excellent and the chef made us a special anniversary dessert. We also used the tour desk in the hotel to provide us with an incredible tour of the Niagara Falls area. It was a perfect stay for us.

Room Tip: Be sure to request a Fallsview room.
