I was down for the weekend with the gf for a nearby wedding. My brother also stayed over with his family (including a young child). The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff was perfect and courteous. I didn't get a chance to try the pool, but it looked to be well situated and maintained. All in all, it was a comfortable stay in a great location.
We did eat at the restaurant one night, and while the food was excellent (they make a very good pizza) we found the service was a bit lacking. Altogether though, a good experience.

Just stayed there overnight. Whole hotel looks to need remodelling. Dining area is very utilitarian looking, not inviting. Found dinner meal expensive for a Holiday Inn. No air conditioning in lobby or hallways. Room was clean, but looking shabby. Louvers on air conditioning/fan unit were filthy with dust which has been accumulating for quite some time. Air conditioner was very noisy and rattling. Marble bathroom counter had lost some of the surface, actual pieces missing, which looked to be prime breeding spots for bacteria. Very little soundproofing in room, could hear people stomping around in room above. Shower in next room sounded like it was in my bathroom. Niagara Falls seems to be doing well this summer, time for this hotel to spruce up.

We didn't stay too long to really enjoy the hotel but the location was just right. Close to the falls, casino, restuarants and a few minutes away from the highway to the Border. And when you add free parking just behind the hotel, it makes for a great value for money.

We had booked a 'family room' for 3 couples to stay in. The website on-line stated it was a single room with three queen beds in it. The room had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. No big deal. We were there from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, and all we did was sleep in the room since we had a lot to see in that short of a time.

Good:
Location, top of the hill from the Horseshoe Falls, across from the entrance to the casion, free parking, Coco's restaurant in front of the hotel has good drinks and good brick over pizza made in front of you, upon checkout we found we were charged aan additional $60 when booking so that was refuided.

Bad:
Hotel is outdated, sliding patio door did not close all the way, our room overlooked the dumpsters in the alley, heard the trash truck empty the dumpster at 6 am, the street light shone in and the shade couldnt block it fully, no A/C in lobby or hallways.

We stayed @ the Holiday Inn on Murray St with the BREAKATION PACKAGE. It included free parking, breakfast each morning, dinner @ the Skylon Tower and @ Coco’s the on site restaurant. The package comes with a limited menu, but there was some thing for everyone. We were told you could order off the regular menu @ the Skylon and subtract $33. Most of the menu items that came with the package were priced much higher than $33. It was a better deal to stay with the package. It also included coffee or tea and desert. Everyone was pleased with there meals. We had 4 rooms with comfortable king size beds the rooms were clean and quiet. They were in the process of upgrading the TV’s. The staff was friendly & helpful. It is a convenient location directly across the street from the Fallsview Casino & walking distance to the Fall’s, Maid of the Mist and Skylon. If you have never road the Maid of the Mist it is a must. I have road it 4 times & each time it is just as exciting.

After reading many reviews on other hotels, we decided to stay here and we are so glad we did!!!!
We were at first thinking about staying at the Marriot Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa and I’m so glad we didn’t! We saw the traffic of cars trying to get in and out of that hotel and it was a nightmare plus it’s only valet parking and you have to pay for it! At the Holiday Inn By The Falls, the parking is easy and FREE!
We arrived about 2 hrs. before check in time and our room was ready. Everything went very smooth staying here.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly! We were on the first floor with a pool view and it was like having our own both outdoor and indoor pools right in our back yard. Our daughter loved it!
We were close to most of the attractions and I would recommend staying here.
There is a restaurant right on the premises and other restaurants close by.
Very, VERY happy with our stay!

Wasn't a bad place to stay - we booked online with Priceline and saved $ as the price they quote you over the phone or online was a lot higher. We were happy we didn't spend too much to stay here as it was pretty average. Rooms were clean, and from the interaction we did have with the staff, we found them to be really friendly and helpful. We grabbed a pizza one afternoon from their restaurant Coco's - tasty pizza but as with a lot of things in Niagara, costs a small fortune ($20 for a small). They have free parking which was a huge perk - a lot of the other hotels charge extra for parking. They have 2 small pools which was also nice. Nothing special about them, but was nice to swim a bit as it was really hot. Each room has a small balcony - you can't actually see the falls from the rooms, but not a bad view depending on which side of the hotel you end up on. Hotel certainly isn't a dump, but is a little tired and in need of some updates. Worth the $ we paid - try to use online hotel site to book it though to save yourself some $.
