So I was suppose to check in today 8/3 but my flight was cancelled which was out of my control. I understand that the hotel was not in control of that either and wants to book their rooms but they were not willing to even work with me and charge me a percent for the room considering the circumstances. They will only refund me if the room can be booked by end of the day which will be slim to none. It would have been appreciated and better customer service if they were more willing to work with customers already frustrated with their current situation.
