I got there before check-in and they upgraded me because my room wasn't ready yet, its very clean they have daily housekeeping, I went in May so the off-season has good prices, I love the location its very beautiful with the escarpment and rapids across the street which I can see from the balcony, awesome stay and will always come back, thank you Corrine! :)

We stayed at The Crystal Inn in April 2017 and I have to say it's probably the best value you can find around Niagara Falls. We booked a king room for $29/night (USD) on Booking.com about 3 weeks before our trip. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and the location can't be beat. The Crystal Inn is on River Road, and about a mile-ish down from the Clifton Hill area so you get all the convenience of being located near Clifton Hill without all the noise, traffic and craziness of staying right there. The walking/biking path runs right along River Road so it's an easy walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill in nice weather. We had a couple of requests while staying here; one being access to a microwave in the room as we are traveling with an infant. Prior to check in I received an email from Corrine letting me know that there would be a microwave in our room and though we did have an issue with it malfunctioning a couple of nights later Corrine was right on task getting another one in our room for us. We really appreciated that. We stayed in room 112 which appears to be located behind the office and you could hear some road noise but it wasn't a problem because we were usually running the air conditioner or heater during our stay and it muffled the noise. We had a great stay and would definitely book it again. Great price, excellent service, really good location and tidy room- plus free parking which is hard to find when booking a place in Niagara Falls!

The room was good value based on the price we paid.

It was slightly outdated but that was fine as was very clean.

We got the room next to reception which was on the roadside so quite noisy (from the water and the cars) but I guess the others would not have been as they were set back a little.

The staff were friendly and the location was good (about a 45 min walk or five min drive from the falls) It was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient.

Went here September 23 to 25th and had a great time Lorraine the owner is awesome she went above and beyond for us. She was very friendly and helpful, I have now stayed at this location 2 times and will do it again for sure. It's directly across from the white water walk which is a must try event. Just down the street from souvenir city and Rossi glass such great location and the price is worth it we had a king bed with fire place. Parking is free as well which is nice considering most places in Niagara charge for parking. If you want a nice place to sleep and great location you can't go wrong with this place.

It got the job done. We stayed 2 nights in a king room. Balcony was a fun bonus. The room appeared updated cosmetically but the facility itself was dated. Pretty convenient without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle in Niagara Falls.
