We stayed at the blue gables b&b on May 25-27. It was a great experience for out family.
The owners were warm and welcoming. Our parents were visting from Inida, for the first time, and they absolutely loved their stay at a Victorian charm B&B.
The home is done up tastefully and my <3 yr old daughter loved the pond with the fishes.
We were in rooms 1-2 on the 1st floor of the property and had a private washroom for each of the rooms. The rooms and washrooms were spic and span. We also had access to a coffee room which transformed as our private dining room :). The small fridge there helped us store our home cooked meals (special dietary needs) and the microwave allowed us to enjoy them as fresh.
The breakfast was sumptuous including yogurt, fruits, cereal-milk, toast-jam and tea/ coffee,.The only feedback is that our request for a breakfast item without eggs/ meat could not be accommodated. Another tiny point - the bed in our room (room 1) was not the most comfortable - too springy but our parents' bed was perfect.
We would denfinitely go back there :)
