My wife and I were at the Elliot House for her Christmas party 11/25/2011
I had the Crab cakes as an appetizer, Filet Mignot as the Entre and the Spiced Cider & Brown Suger Cheesecake for Dessert. My wife dined on Baked Brie in Phyllo,Spiced Rub Pork Tenderloin and for dessert the Chocolate Truffle Cake. Everything was prepared to perfection and the portions were large. Nice job from the students.
