Good service, comfortable bed and very good continental breakfast.
Staff is well trained and ready to help.
I recommend this property to Toronto visitors!
Airport shuttles service may be improved with less wait time!

Stayed at this hotel as it was close to where I was working the next day. Initial shock over how small it was in the lobby and breakfast area. Front desk staff were nice. Get to my room and it's ok. Everything worked, but it wasn't a great layout. The tv was hung hung on the wall and couldn't be adjusted, so I couldn't work at the desk and watch tv at the same time. Great wireless, fast speed (could stream video). Bed was hard. Breakfast wasn't much, coffee, oj, toast, cereal, muffins. The area is so tiny that only one person at a time can really get breakfast. Wasn't a problem when I was there. Not sure if I would stay again.

Recommended by the wedding couple because of the close proximity to the Church and Banquet facilities, we were a little apprehensive when we read it had a 2-star rating; but, we were quite surprised to find out we had had nothing to worry about after all!
We couldn't have asked for a cleaner and more comfortable room, and a friendlier staff. Tony and Roger at the desk, and Charlotte in housekeeping made our stay even more enjoyable, because of their warm and welcoming personalities.
We think that the hotel was rated a 2-star because of the small eat-in area for the morning breakfast, and because it didn't and couldn't, offer the amenities that the larger hotels could. Nonetheless, this Inn provided all we needed, and we weren't in the least bit disappointed. And, the price was right!

I had booked a two night stay in a king bed room with access to the patio- this access was supposed to be guaranteed in the rate. I arrive and I am told the king bed with access to the patio is only available the second night and for the first night if I want a patio I would have to stay in a downgraded double bed room and switch to the king in the morning.
I paid extra for the king bed room and instead was
Downgraded which was horrible customer service but I decided to deal with it anyway.
The room I was in I found 5
BUGS. It smelled- it was literally a cubby hole and it was
Totally gross. Very poorly maintained the sheets had stains it was just really bad. The management would not give me a refund for that night- even though I arrived super late and by that time couldn't leave .... And I didn't even bother staying the second night after the bugs.. Which yes that night was refunded but after the horrible experience of the first night that should have been refunded too! Puts a bad name
To two star properties. Just stay at days inn instead.

Arrived after Labour Day and needed some quiet time and this small place away from the city seemed to be the answer. One day, I noticed a gang of "young adults" outside my room. I notice as their loud music had disturbed me. I called the front desk, sensing this would be an issue I called the front desk to ask to switch rooms. I was met with a very quick response explaining that all room changes must be done during the day. I don't really see how this makes a difference other than the clerk did not want to work to give me the key to another room. I asked him to please ask these people to turn it down. 30 minutes later, they decided to have a conversation...loud enough for the dead to hear. It was about 9:00pm, I finally called the office again at 1130pm. This amounted to nothing other than the kids knocking on my door to tell me not to call the office. If you are a hooker, drug dealer or pimp...this hotel is okay for you. Everyone else...stay away. Oh, and breakfast is a joke.

I booked on hotwire. Chose the wrong date. Tried to adjust the dates 2 hrs later, but Hotwire has a no refund policy. Eventually Hotwire agreed to refund me for the night I was not staying provided Monte Carlo agreed. They would not and they have charged me even though they are aware I am not staying. The staff was rude. Not at all helpful. Just didn't want to know about it. Tried to get me to sign a reservation for the extra day and refused to change the dates when I told them it was illegal to make me sign saying I was staying longer when I wasn't. Just horrid to deal with.

For example, I asked where I could rent a car and was looked at like I'd asked for an escort service! I was told to look it up on Google myself. I just didn't want to interact with them at all after the first encounter. Oh and they charge for an airport shuttle so don't be thinking you can get here for free.

The room needs an update. The shower drips, the bath plug is broken, the TV gets about 10 channels, the ironing board comes from the $1 store and is useless as the cover is filthy and won't stay on the darn thing.

I can hear my neighbours, I can hear the planes, I can hear the traffic, I can hear the water running through the pipes. The windows do not open.

It is in the middle of absolute nowhere. There is NOTHING around to get to on foot. No convenience store, no food places other than the hotel restaurant. Got one coffee and no tea in the room. Tried to use the chip and chocolate dispensing machine and it didn't work. The staff bashed on it till it gave me my choice.

One staff member on in the morning trying to check out, check in everyone and give out breakfast chits. Line ups at the front desk. Overcrowded, dirty eating area and staff not able to replenish things fast enough.

Considering it was the same price as other hotels nearer the airport, I suggest you find something else.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else

HORRIBLE service. Front desk staff was so rude. Did not greet us when we checked in and tried to argue that I didn't have a reservation. The place smells SOOO horrible like old men and cigarettes. It's old, outdated, dirty, funky, seedy. Toilet was filthy, we had to sanitize. Most uncomfortable bed ever. Hardly any parking. Lots of noise woke us up every morning from hallway! We could not sleep! 25 mins from downtown Toronto in shady area next to strip club. Just a nightmare. NEVER EVER EVER again.
