I stayed here on my way to Niagara. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom were very good. The lobby is very well-done and looks friendly and inviting.

Last time I wrote that I was a "little' disappointed with the breakfast scheduling. WELL, no sooner had I written that, then I received a reply from the manager, with apologies, etc. We returned in April and as soon as I checked in, the staff was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, wanting to know when i would like breakfast, what I would like, etc. I have to say that I was almost embarassed with the attention I received. This is not your average "airport' hotel. They really do care and want to make yu happy. I love it! Thank you very much for the great service!

Hotel is clean, updated and has many amenities such as pool, exercise room, reasonably priced bistro, wifi, etc. It's in a business district but only a 10 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Mattress was a liitle saggy but otherwise not bad.

Stayed for 1 night in May 2012, under Member Exclusive deal (25% off due to new lobby) around $70/night, what a steal

+ King bed + sofa-bed is more than enough for this price
+ Lobby looks very nice
+ Free internet (wi-fi + LAN)
+ Shuttle for < 2 km drop-off (didn't use though)
+ Asked and received 1 pm late-checkout

- Minor: my room 401 was closest room to the 401 hwy and you can hear the noise if you sit on the sofa in quiet night; but you won't hear it on the bed

This is the second time we have stayed here. Last year I didn't think it was too bad, but it seems to have gone down hill over the past year. The pool was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained for some time. The rooms are not too bad but you have to be very careful as to what room you get. last time we were in the midddle facing the front, quiet, this time we were still facing the front but near the end, and wow can you hear the traffic all night long from the 401. The kids love the free computer usage in the lobby, that was fantastic, but I don't know if that will get us back again.

Room Tip: If you are going to stay here, make sure you get a room in the middle of the hotel facing the street...

Stayed a week here on business in April 2012. If you're doing business with the big bank across the road - this is the best place to stay. You'll need a car if you need to do any shopping. There isn't much within walking distance of the hotel - other than the afore-mentioned bank. The location is not designed for pedestrians. All staff were helpful. There were a few sports teams staying at the hotel when I was there and front of house staff ensured I was in a room away from possible noise. The food in the dining room was pretty basic - could be better. I ordered in from the local pizza supplier - they deliver to your room (there is no room service from the hotel). The hotel shuttle is convenient for getting to the airport at end of stay. Rooms have only a coffee maker - no electric tea kettle. The huge Square One shopping mall is a $20 taxi ride away. You probably wouldn't stay here unless you're a business traveller. But I have no problem giving this hotel a four out of five rating. Special mention for the "cook-your-own-waffle" machine on the breakfast buffet. Took a picture of it. Really cute.
