Our stay at this hotel was only for six hours, but our impression of the room will last forever. We were booked on Aeroplan Points and can only assume that the room selected for us was based on this fact. Although clean, the room was small by any standard and located so close to the elevator and drink machines that we were constantly interrupted from our sleep. The shuttle driver arrived on time (4:30am) and after reassuring us of a timely trip to the airport, he loaded our baggage & delivered us to our gate. The hotel was redeemed by his representation.

Room tip: Request to be at least 4 doors from elevators.

Thank you for submitting the review, your feedback is highly valuable to us. We sincerely regret to hear that the room assigned to you was not up to your standards and for that I would like to sincerely apologize. Although there are different room types available at our property based on your preference, all of our room types are Traditional and Room Sizes are all the same, therefore although we could have relocated you to another room with alternate bed size options, the size of the room itself would have been identical. It is also disappointing to hear that your room was close to the elevators and pop machines, we understand how important it is for our guests to receive a proper night sleep prior to a long day of travelling and I regret to hear that the external noises prevent you and your family from getting sufficient amount of rest. Although, you did encounter a few issues during your stay with us, we are delighted to hear that the service provided to you by one of our shuttle bus drivers have covered up for all of the other not-so-desirable aspects of your stay.

We hope the above mentioned events would not affect your decision when choosing a hotel in our area next time. We would love to welcome you back to our hotel in future and demonstrate the amazing customer service and hospitality that our team is known for. Hope to meet you in person next time.

This hotel is what you can expect from any other airport hotel, it is just ok. However it has the same issues they all have, smelly, noisy, old air noisy conditioner system etc. pros: inside the airport complex, 24 hour service and free shuttle. Good price. Of course all this based on the fact that this hotel is just to stay a night and that is.

We regret to hear that your room did not smell fresh and clean and for that we would like to sincerely apologize as it is not reflecting the standard we are known for. We will definitely take a look at your concerns and look for an immediate solution. It is also disappointing to thear that you were not completely satisfied with the noise level of the HVAC unit in the room. It is normally in our practise to inspect each and every room for any maintanence issues prior to assigning it to our valued guests and it is a unfortunate that we were unable to execute those duties as required. On a positive note, we are glad to hear that you appreciate the price, close proximity to the airport as well as got to utilize the 24-hour heated pool.

I spent the night here before a very early flight. I have no complaints. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, room clean, and the front desk staff who assisted me was very helpful. As a matter of fact, due to a migraine disorder, I can rarely use other people's electronics, because of the brightness. At hotels, most computer controls cannot be altered. The front desk staff assisted me with printing my boarding pass, and did not complain or become impatient when things did not go as quickly as we expected. The printer was uncooperative and because I was traveling back to the States, some information verification responses were required. Thank you for going the extra mile! These little extras are meaningful to guests and translate into repeat visits!

Thanks to Air Canada's imcompetence, we had to stay overnight in Toronto while awaiting a flight. We stayed at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is about what you would expect, except for one problem. The mattress on our bed was like putting a piece of plywood on a springboard. It was thin, uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep that night. However, the room was clean and there was both coffee, tea and water free in the room.

We regret to hear that we were unable to meet you expectations in regards to the condition of the room as well as sleep quality. We understand how important it is to receive a proper night sleep prior to a long day of travelling for our guests and we genuinely apologize that our mattresses in the rooms were not as comfortable as we would have wanted them to be. We will discuss this issue with our management team and will look for an immediate solution. On a positive note, it is a pleasure to announce that we will be undergoing a complete renovation of our hotel within the next couple of months and we will be implementing many of these upgrades to the property. Our rooms will be getting new mattresses, bed skirts, furniture, carpeting, in-room accessories, and much more! In taking great care of our charming hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere.

Not worth the money. We had an early flight from the airport at 6:30AM so we stayed here to park and fly. The worst. The hallways are really loud and the rooms are not insulated. You can hear everything - running kids - loud people talking in the hallway. My family did NOT SLEEP one minute the entire evening. A complete waste of money.

We sincerely regret to hear about the noise experience during the evening hours. We understand how important it is for our guests to receive the proper rest required for a long day of travelling and it is truly unfortunate that noises from guests in the hallway had disrupted you and your family during your stay. As much as I am disappointed to hear that you had to be up early the next morning and most likely have not gotten a proper sleep prior to that, our staff normally rectifies the situation promptly should they have gotten notified about this issue. I fully understand and respect your comments in regards to the inconvenience due to the noise level from the neighbors. I have personally had similar issues when travelling so I can understand your frustration with this experience. On a positive note, we will be undergoing a complete renovation of our hotel in the next couple of months which should in turn minimize the external sound level to ensure our guests get proper rest.

We hope these event would not affect your decision when choosing a hotel in our area next time and we would much appreciate it if you could give us another opportunity to demonstrate the amazing customer service and hospitality that our team is known for.
