Stayed in TownePlace Suites during the 4th of July weekend in a One Bedroom King Suite. The place is centrally located for commuting to downtown Toronto (via either QEW or the 401), and to Niagara Falls too. Very quiet, clean, and modern hotel with excellent amenities. Indoor pool is beautiful and open until 11 PM, breakfast buffet is very good with a good variety. My only complaints were:

1- The elevator got us jammed inside 3 times on the first day of our visit and took them the whole day to really believe that was serious. I was planning to give them a well-deserved very good had it not been for this elevator issue. To their credit, they attended to this problem and fixed it promptly, hope it does not happen again.

2- The breakfast buffet is squeezed into a REALLY small area and we have to line up for 15 minute to arrive at the tables, occasionally blocking other residents from moving around. I think a remodelling can help is resolving this issue.

Thank you very much for your review of the hotel. Certainly sounds like you had a great time and I am delighted to see that. Our rooms are very clean and our amenities and bed package are getting top notch reviews. Our elevator was having a few delay issues and I am glad that we attended to it very quickly. We are working daily on ways to improve wait times at our breakfast area. We have purchased more equipment and have been setting up multiple stations to increase the flow and have been succesful in moving the line quickly. Our guests want to start their day off right and I don't blame them! The buffet and atmosphere is terrific.

We stayed overnight here last July 6th. The check-in was a breeze which was very good since we have our 2 kids with us (5&1 yr old). Bedroom was great, very comfortable beds! Loooove their pillows! :) The staff were all smiling! Very friendly and accomodating. We went down to buy milk from their small pantry but they didnt have it, so a staff member just went inside the kitchen to give me a small carton of milk. Those small gestures are very well appreciated! Will definitely stay here again as long as the price will stay within the budget! :) Thank you!!!

This didn't seem like a totally new hotel but looked like a renovated hotel - it is located about 30 mts from downtown Toronto that provides all the amenities needed for a family traveling with kids. Our main requirement was to have a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and a good stove with utensils to cook food for our picky little eaters. The hotel is pretty good for those needs. Only drawback was that the hotel was fully booked while we were there and the hotel staff didnt seem well prepared to handle such large crowds at the reception and breakfast areas. The breakfast area was a mess in the mornings with long queues and waits, the fire alarm going off a couple of times with guests over toasting their breads. All in all, this is a good comfortable name brand hotel in a decent price range. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate the requests of guests wherever possible.

Thank you so much for this great and honest review. We are truly sorry for the delays in the mornings during the breakfast hours and of course the alarm. We have been paying very close attention to the breakfast and trying to determine the best way to get everyone through in a timely manner. One thing we did was purchase another toaster to help ease the lines as it seems to us that most want to have a nice toasted bagel to get their day going. This gives the guests two areas where they can do that and should open up the area and make it easier to get to the hot food. Sunday was much better than Saturday and we look to continue to improve on the breakfast experience and wait times. It was nice to hear that our amenities were great for your needs. Wen we arrived we were given our room keys but our room wasn't ready when we got upstairs. We weren't overly concerned about it and didn't complain, but the hotel manager came upstairs with a basket of snacks, Starbucks, and adjusted our room rate.

The room was great, we got the two bedroom suite with kitchen and it was clean, quiet and convenient.

This hotel is nice and close to the airport and we will definitely stay again!

Stayed for 3 total days June 2013. Allowed us an early check in, which was so great. The staff on hand were very friendly.
The room was clean, tidy, and very modern. No issues at all with anything in the room.
The location of this hotel is also great, it's in a very quiet area. So if you want to crack a window in the room, you'll still have a great sleep through the night.
More then ample parking for the hotel. With lots of restaurants, and gas stations in the area.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and we would definitely book there again over trying another hotel.

A+!
