We stay here whenever we have an early departure or late arrival. So convenient to leave car here. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, well-appointed, with very comfortable beds. Front desk staff are cheerful at all hours of the day or night. Food at the bar is tasty, and staff are welcoming. So glad to have this hotel as our airport option. Makes for a great start or end to a trip.

For an airport hotel this Sheraton is certainly on top of the list and I would definitely stay again. It provided great service in a crisis of us having nothing due to flight changes to giving us the basic essentials which we desperately needed. Sheraton made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely book there again.

We had an overnight layover in Toronto during a recent trip and decided to stay at the Sheraton and we were very happy that we did. The hotel is a short "Link" trip from the airport which made for a seamless transition to rest and relax before heading home on the final leg of our journey. The hotel lobby was very busy when we arrived but our wait to check in was short and the check in process was very efficient. While we didn't have a whole lot of time to enjoy the room, it was very comfortable and provided us with a good sleep before continuing the journey the next day. We will do the same thing again in the future if we have an overnight layover in Toronto.

Wonderfully convenient after a 10 hour flight from Athens. Comfy beds to get some much needed sleep before driving 3 more hours home to the USA. Great service, good food and friendly front desk. Kept my car there for 10 days with no issues. Highly recommend!

This hotel has no competition being the only one attached to Pearson so it can pretty much do what it wants. Staff are nice enough but the hotel does not seem compelled to meet the level of expectation for a Sheraton and this hotel is not inexpensive for what you get (and can get elsewhere via shuttle or taxi). This was my 16th hotel or motel stay in three weeks and was the only one that did not have a fridge (even a small mini-bar) or had to pay for WIFI unless you are a member. The rooms were cleaner than my last stay but the rooms are just OK. We had a bathroom drain problem which we reported and we declined the offer to repair as by the time we noticed it was quite late. We paid for an upgrade to a runway view room which is worth it if you will be up for a few hours. The room has space for a second armchair which would be very helpful if you want to sit and enjoy the runway, but instead, a second person (in a four person room) has to use the desk chair. There is only one luggage rack and nowhere really for a second suitcase to be put except on the floor - but there is room for a second rack to be set up. The carpet in the hallway is exceptionally thick and it is very hard to push a 4-wheeler suitcase on it. I was struggling so badly a housekeeping staff ran over and offered to assist (wish I had taken her name, but it was very much appreciated!). I only mention about the luggage racks and carpet at this hotel because it is an airport hotel and clearly most people will have lots of luggage. Both make the stay unnecessarily difficult. I do have to stay here twice more this year due to connections but I do so very reluctantly. The beds are good, not great, but linens and pillows are excellent. The hallway can be quite noisy but surprisingly there is little airplane noise, even on runway side.

Room Tip: If you are there long enough to enjoy it upgrade to a runway room

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience in our hotel. Thank you also for taking the time to compliment my team on their service to you. I am sorry that you encountered a problem with the drainage during your last visit. I have noted your suggestions on the luggage rack and arm chair. We will be happy to provide you with a mini-fridge on your next stay, please request for one prior to your arrival so that one can be brought up to your room for your use.

Please contact me at the hotel prior to your next stay so that we can ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing visit.

We look forward to welcoming you back and regaining your confidence in us.

Sincerely,

Douglas Brennan
