Some servers wreak of cigarette smoke & are robot-like(cold), sometimes forgetting your requests. The fries are too salty.
Still serving genetically modified vegetables & not offering naturally raised chicken.

Must be because the food is good. A little too busy for my liking and this one seemed to be a bit crowded. There were 5 of us at the table so that could be why? The food was very good and came with generous portions. A good place if you are in a hurry.

This restaurant has been popular since my own childhood. I come hear at least once a year to enjoy their well-cooked chicken and Festive Specials they offer during every Christmas Season. It is well-worth the visit--especially for the elderly due to the extreme people-friendly atmosphere and easily-digestible food.

Recently tried Swiss Chalet takeout from London (near Oxford West) location. Three meals ordered - two fish and chips and one chicken with chips dinner. Fish was way overcooked and basically the same as frozen fish sticks, chicken was ok but nothing special. The chips were basically inedible on all three orders (soft, mushy). Cost was almost $40 so overpriced for takeout in our opinion.

We would have sent the food back if we had eaten in the restaurant itself.

Based on this experience, definitely can't recommend

slow service. had to wait for almost an hour for food. All we ordered were 2 quarter chicken dinners. Service was okay nothing to write home about
