We were celebrating a special occasion and had been give a gift certificate. Whether you want a full dinner or just enjoy a variety of appetisers the food will not disappoint. I enjoyed the warm beet salad with goat cheese and walnuts and my husband enjoyed the Caesar salad. Both were delicious. For entres I had the porcino rubbed filet and my husband had the seafood pasta with pernod cream sauce. His pasta was loaded with mussels and shrimp. There was supposed to be lobster as well however he didn't seem to find any. My filet was the best I've had in years - cooked to perfection as requested, juicy and VERY tender. It came with oven roast red potatoes and asparagus. We were both too full to even look at the dessert menu. We finished our diiner with coffees. I was a little disappointed there was not cappuccino but the place is very busy so can understand that they just don't offer it. I did notice other diners around us that ordered a variety of appetisers and I was impressed with the quanitity. Great value for the price and impressive quality. HOWEVER this restaurant has nothing to absorb noise. There was a table of young professional women near us and the more wine they drank the noisier it got. A few drapes or noise absorbing materials would make the dining expereince much more pleasant. Our server was attentive but not hovering. Sorry I didn't get his name. Although the food is fanatastic we will not return just because of the noise, which is very disappointing. A note re reservations - we needed to book a week in advance. We visited on a Thursday night and the place was packed.
