My wife and I ate here last winter. It was warm and inviting and the staff were very friendly.
The restaurant was tiny (long and thin) but that just helped the cozy atmosphere.
We tried the daily specials which were quite tasty and fresh.
Your food is delivered quickly which makes this a great place for lunch, although you are looking at $15-$20 per person with a drink.

Thank Ken M

We ate at the Braywick this past Saturday night and were very pleased with everything. I would highly recommend anyone who enjoys quality food to visit. The ambiance was low key with subtle lighting, and music playing at a level that we appreciated. We stayed for 3 hours enjoying our food and the atmosphere. I had the duck duo and my friend had the Pad Thai. We shared our dishes, and loved each of them. Well done! Duck is hard to cook well so I appreciated that mine was tender and full of flavor. The Pad Thai was obviously cooked to order as well. We felt like we had a personal chef for the evening. The Skor chocolate ganache cake was the best we have ever tasted. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away from typical hotel food when visiting London. Thank you to the Delta for their recommendation.

as a regular patron here for several years I am unhappy to describe the deterioration in the food here in the last 2 months..on my last visit 3 of the 4 guests found the food unacceptable eg my duck duo partially consisted of a leg that was so overdone and dried out I couldn't believe the kitchen would send it out..not going back

This would be the third time we have been to the Braywick and have left with essentially the same impressions each time. The restaurant itself is very small and can be loud depending on the day of week/ large groups etc. I would strongly recommend calling ahead if you are counting on getting in. There seems to be a lot of office groups, bridal parties etc choose the restaurant so you can find it packed on a Tuesday as easily as a Saturday. The location while downtown is not really near anything although most places of interest can be walked depending on the weather etc. We have always found the service very good and have nothing bad to say from the moment we are greeted to paying the bill. I usually stick with the beef tenderloin while my wife tends to be a little adventurous. we have nothing bad to say about the food although it has never blown us away either. I really wish we could write something stronger in favour of the restaurant and give it a 5 star review but as I said earlier - it leaves us the same impression everytime. For the price point the restaurant is in & keeping in mind the restaurants it is competing against at that price point, it is good but it is not great.

Great little place. My boyfriend and I both had the beef tenderloin with garlic beans and frites and it was amazing. For desert we had the cheesecake and I ordered a baileys coffee with whip and they went and made me fresh whipping cream. The chef was off duty at the bar and he went out if his way. Will definitely be back
