“An answer for an inexpensive, yummy lunch”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

This market is a fun place to visit. Lots of food choices were available at very reasonable prices as well as everything from flowers to niknacks. I was there during the Worlds figure skating event. Thousands of hungry spectators poured out of the Budweiser arena at the same time looking for food. The vendors handled everyone with a smile ( although you could see the volume did overwhelm some). Seating was an issue for the large crowds that ascended on the market, but with a bit of perseverance one could find a seat to sit down on( if only for a while- so that others could have a seat for their meal). I'm sure that this is not the ordinary situation on a regular day.
I can speak for the yummy quiches that are available at a bakery in the far south west corner. Lots of great looking desserts were also available.

“Fun market”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

I thought it was called Covent Garden Market but, this was a fun market and it had lots of great little food stalls - we ate Thai and it was really good and great value. My daughter had Chinese and, also good. Staff all very friendly. Worth a visit.

“Go on Saturday Morning for the Farmer's Market”
Reviewed September 7, 2012

I've been going to Covent Market whenever I visit London for the past ten years. Definitely check out Hot Oven for the deliciously addictive spinach and cheese bureks. Wow, are they good! Also like the coffee at Has Beans, excellent cappuccino and they have some lovely beans from a small Central American farm they deal with. If you're able, go on Saturday morning for the farmer's market out front. Excellent selection of diverse produce, much of it organic, well priced. Get there before 1 or 2 pm. Park underground, you can get your ticket validated for free parking.

“Lots of nice shops to look at”
Reviewed July 14, 2012

Had a nice wander around the shops here. There was quite a lot and probably something to interest everyone. Fresh food and takeaway food, and gift shops. There was an eating area upstairs if you bought food from a takeaway shop.

“A great downtown destination”
Reviewed June 18, 2012

This market was a welcome destination in a rundown downtown area. I loved the fresh fruit and vegetables, the variety of foods to choose from, the flowers and the great coffee. The small market has fantastic outdoor seating for enjoying the sunshine.
I purchased food and gifts - perfect location to the Hilton and Delta for out of town guests.
