King size bed in a bedroom, full kitchen, dining/living area, two large screen tvs, excellent staff, who gave us directions, let us check-in early as we were going to a surprise party, called a cab for us, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests...seldom seen in a hotel these days, and it was still less money than the old rundown inn we stayed at the night before. This was our first stay in a Residence Inn, but I will look for one of these whenever we travel in the future.

We stayed for 1 night at the Residence Inn London - from the staff to the room, this was a great option during a long road trip from Boston to Madison, WI. We picked London since it was approximately halfway between Boston and Madison. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed in a 2 BR suite, which was VERY spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Hotel staff were so helpful in helping us find a local Chinese place that delivered. Parking is on site, either in a surface lot or in the garage. We will definitely stay here again!

Just a one-night stay with the family, but the hotel served us perfectly for what we needed. Even though I was staying on award night with a 1-BR suite, they upgraded us (on request) to 2 king beds, which was a great benefit. Plenty of space and a huge kitchen. Spotless room and very friendly staff, too.

We wish we could have purchased a bottle of wine at The Market for our evening enjoyment, but I suspect this is due to Canadian laws, rather than hotel policy.

Morning breakfast was exactly what was expected having stayed at Residence Inns before. It was a bit chaotic, but that was a function of the number of guests. The staff did a fine job keeping up with the masses.

It was also nice to have underground, secured parking with direct elevator access. Yes, it's $12 a day but the convenience and security is worth it.

All in all, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come back again to stay when traveling to London.

Very clean my children and I had lots of room in this apartment like hotel. Everything in the room was nice and clean. Having a seperate room for kids helped for sleeping as well as 2 tv's and full kitchen. I didnt love the breakfast but my kids did. Overall great stay

This Marriott hotel in London, Ontario, is among the very best I have had the pleasure of staying at.

The place is clean. They run a tight ship.

The staff is on the ball and is courteous.

The rooms are clean and nice. The food is good.

What can I say. This is a decent place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay here for three nights. It was comfortable, clean and convenient.
The staff were pleasant and courteous. If you need to be in or near downtown London, this
is the place to stay. The only negative from our point of view was the parking. It can be
difficult finding a space on the hotel entry level. There is a complimentary underground garage
on the premises but it is difficult to park an SUV in those spaces.

My son had a baseball tournament in London last weekend, and the coach arranged a group booking here. We had never stayed at a suite hotel before, so we were amazed at the size of the suite -- two bedrooms with queen beds, a full separate kitchen, a sitting area, and three TVs! I found the bed comfortable, although my wife didn't. The suite was lovely and clean, although probably more hotel room than we needed for our small family of three. Despite the palatial proportions, the bathroom only had a stand-up shower and not a bathtub. There was nothing small about the bill, though -- definitely more than we usually like to pay. Be sure to take into account that they charge for parking on top of your room fee. We had to pay an extra $12 a night for the privilege. The service was very friendly. Moments after we arrived in the room, the front desk rang to ask if everything was okay. The included breakfast, unfortunately, was not quite as enjoyable as the room. The scrambled eggs were the somewhat rubbery cafeteria variety, the oatmeal was soupy, and the overall variety adequate, but by no means remarkable. The hotel also does not have a pool, which was definitely a downer for the boys, and something you'd like to have for the price. Guests have access to a YMCA down the road, but certain times are adults only. It was a pleasant stay overall, but I don't think we'd rush back.

Room Tip: Ask for a pet-free floor if you're allergic, like I am.
