Just stayed here for one night and I have been here before but wanted to give a review this time. Absolutely great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large and spacious and have mini refrigerators, coffee maker, microwave on request, love the eclectic light fixtures and the bathroom is very upscale. Very clean! We had two queens that was attached to the atrium which was nice if you had a group and wanted to sit out and have some drinks or food brought in maybe. We stayed here for a concert at Budweiser gardens and it’s right across the street and also lots of restaurants and bars along the streets also. It’s kind of a mess right now with quite a few road closures in the area and parking is a bit inconvenient to get to but all in all nothing that wouldn’t make me stay here again. Will definitely be back

Although this area of London is currently under major road re-construction, this hotel is by far the best option when looking for accommodation in this area. Practically right across the road from Budweiser Gardens and right next door to the Covent Garden Market, there is lots of activity close by and great dining within steps of your room.
Room was quite the surprise when entering. Photos do not do it justice. From the modern decor to the high ceilings and deep soaker tub, it is a place that must be put on my repeat stay list. This hotel is a small boutique hotel with just 20 rooms but I would have expected to may a much higher rate than I did. A massage can be arranged with 24 hours notice right in your room performed by a registered massage therapist which is a must do the next time! Check it out. I don't think you would be sorry.

Wow! Despite the parking inconvenience with this hotel. #HotelMetro is a beautiful, downtown urban, funky, modern, boutique experience. A must stay! AND ... an extra bonus is that the Covent Gardens Market is right across the street.

Great location right by Budweiser Centre and downtown market and a lot of restaurants. This is a boutique hotel so no pool, but it was funky and eclectic and had lots of space for my family. We had the room with two queen beds. The room was very large and I liked that they offered robes. Just a shower which was quite large (who really takes a bath in a hotel anyways - wish more places did this). Desk staff were all really friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable. I'd stay here again for sure.

We spent one night here on our way back home from a three week trip. This is a funky little hotel renovated from an old building within the London city center. They did a nice job but it is unlike something like the 21c in Louisville, KY - which is in a class by itself.

The walls are thin and the rooms small but functional for a one or two night stay. You can hear everything going on in the hallways, especially after bar closing.

The staff is friendly and accommodating and appreciate your presence by evidence of their helpful demeanor.

The downtown area can be a little rough with a larger than comfortable presence of bums sleeping on the streets. Having said this the London police have foot officers walking around with regularity.

We much prefer a place like this versus a Hilton Garden on the outskirts of town. We are active 60 year olds for which this type of place appeals, whilst young families would be most comfortable out at the Hilton Garden or its like.

Millennial members would also like this place as there is a big bar scene all around.
