The prices are a little steep if you are on a tight budget but for special occasions this is the perfect place to have a nice glass of wine with dinner. This place has a overall good reputation but appeals to the higher class who can afford it.

This restaurant was highly recommended by the owners of the up scale B&B where we lodged for three nights, but we were very disappointed in it. Despite being one of the most pricey places in town, Casa didn't deliver the goods. My entre' was mediocre, at best, but others in our group of five said theirs were good.

Perhaps what wrankled me was the blaring music and distracting flat screen TV at the end of the room. This is supposed to be an up scale place....at least they charge like one. Or... is it merely a tavern serving over-priced Italian food?

Finally, the service we received was sub-standard and worsened the longer we stayed there. Desert menus were literally thrown on the table and we were not asked if we wanted coffee.

There is an extensive wine menu. We had two bottles between the six of us. Our gratuity reflected the poor service.

I enjoy eating at the bar in places like this, and we had a great experience with the friendly Canadians and the ninja bartender Bruce. Same owners as Woodenheads except in this place everyone that works there seems to really enjoy it and are unpretentious. This is the place where locals go for fine dining with great atmosphere and food to match. The wine list was interesting, lacking some things I would like (not much Cali stuff) but still adequate. They redid the inside a few years ago, looks awesome. My new fave place in a town with lots of good establishments this is a gem.

Started off with one of their drinks - can't remember the name but it was DEVINE it had litchi and pinepple in it!
The item on the menu that got me was the arrancini - my cousin would make this every easter and it was the highlight of the meal. they had some big shoes to fill and they did alright, they were crispier than my cousin's but still good :)
also had the zucca mezza luna - how can you go wrong with pasta fried in butter and sugar!!
lovely patio over looking the square and lovely interiors as well.
Reasonably priced.

We called at 5:30pm on a Saturday to make a reservation for 8:00pm - they were very busy but were able to provide a table at 9:00pm. Not too much of a problem for us as we often eat late. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seared scallops and seared shrimp starters were fantastic.
