Great local volunteer community theater. The production of "Bedroom ??" was hilarious. I laughed for two hours!

The seats are great. The theater is clean and comfortable. The acoustics were great. The price was right!!

Thanks to all who volunteer to put this on. Do not miss a Domino Theater performance.

Thank Peter P

This beautifully restored theatre is well worth a visit. The seats are comfortable. The theatre is big enough to accommodate a good number of people but small enough to provide intimacy during a concert. We really loved the evening we spent there. If you ask nicely, one of the volunteers will probably show you the angel they uncovered during the restoration work. I think it's really nice that the contractor did not demolish this angel but rather worked it in to the architecture of the building.

we did not see a show there, but were touring for open doors Kinston. We very much look forward to seeing a show there, as it looked to be a wonderful venue!

Some of the shows are a little pretentious, others a bit risque, but this is a solid institution with many very fine productions to its credit. The venue is quite well equipped: good acoustics, elegant lobby and comfy seats.

The Grand Theatre has two venues: A large auditorium and a smaller and more intimate 80-seat room. Both are good, for different purposes. The large auditorium hosts musicals, visiting musicians, comedians, and other large-scale shows. The smaller one has more intimate, and often experimental, theatre. Sight-lines are good; the shows vary, so take a look at what's on and choose what interests you.
