Short getaway weekend in Kingston. On our way into town, noticed this place was maxed out with almost every table full. So, we decided to give it a try the next day. Lots of windows with views on to Princess street. The waitstaff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. We ordered a bbq pork poutine (really popular in Canada) for about $10, and it was very good and unfortunately filled us up before our entrees even arrived. I had an australian burger with sweet potatoe fries ($13) and wife had goat cheese salad ($10). Tea/ Soft Drink was about $3, but free fills and very cool measuring cup mugs. The presentation and quality of the food was great, and they were easy-going and not in a rush to push us out the door. Yeah, $13 for hamburger and fries is a little steep but is better and custom-made (20-minute wait), unlike a Big Mac or Whopper. Overall, we were pleased and enjoyed it.
