We booked a junior suite for an overnight stay in Kingston. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what you would expect based on the other information and reviews provided by TripAdvisor. The kitchenette was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The motel provided high quality amenities such as soaps and shampoos.

Room Tip: Very close to the west of Kingston, so handy for those travelling on the 401 or visiting the Cataraqui Town Centre for shopping. We recommend you have breakfast at Carmelinda's, just a few minutes west on the same highway.

We stayed for only one night. The room was very modern, clean and well equiped. We also received a warm welcome from Sarah who was at the front desk. She gave us many information on what to do and where to go. Overall a great experience!

I booked this based on TA reviews, for 2 nights on a weekend. It was perfect -- definitely not what you'd expect to be hidden behind a motel room door! Lovely upscale decor & bedding & toiletries. My favourite things were the jacuzzi bathtub (so relaxing!) and the comfortable chair with large ottoman. I also slept more soundly than I ever do at hotels. When I mentioned how quiet it was when I checked out, the staff person smiled and said, "We have a zero tolerance noise policy, especially after 10 pm."

Staff were incredibly friendly & attentive. There was a small issue with my room when I checked in (tried to flush toilet & it didn't work), and when I called the front desk to let them know, they immediately came over (from a different building) & moved me to a new room. They gave me complimentary glass bottles of filtered water that were refilled by the housekeeping staff the next day, and a bag of ice.

Though the location is kind of in "strip mall hell," you don't notice from the room (at least the one I was in) because it looked out onto their property (with outdoor pool and play area). And it makes it convenient for meals etc. Tons of chain restaurants (East Side Mario's, Montana's, Denny's, Boston Pizza, Cora's), big box stores, & a mall are right nearby.

This is a lovely Motel in the heart of big box stores, with Costco close by. It is a clean and comfortable place to stay with all the amenities needed. Many restaurants close by, cinemas, and Malls.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: The one-bed rooms are a bit small but still comfortable and clean. I prefer the larger rooms for more elbow room.

Looks like a roadside motel from the outside. Once in your room you find way more attention to detail. Jacuzzi baths, robes, even a decorative fireplace. DVDs available for free at the front desk.

Staying here while visiting our daughter at Queens. Will definitely stay again.

Ate at Minos Greek restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel and this surpassed expectations too.
