The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would suggest is for them to add different varieties of fruit for the complementary breakfast. They only had bananas.

I have stayed have many times in recent years on business travel. It is an excellent hotel, with friendly staff. The most recent stay was 2-7 Dec 12. Would recommend this hotel. The include breakfast offers a wide selection of hot and cold food. Excellent coffee. It has a small pool and work out room. The room has a good desk to work and the hotel WI-FI was problem free. It also works well for smart phones. A very good value for the cost.

. I have stayed at this location for business and pleasure. Every time has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast has both hot & cold items and quite a variety to choose from. The pool & hot tub are clean and there are always clean towels on hand. The gym is small but they have enough equipment to enable anyone a good work. The rooms are always clean and quiet, no outside noise. The bathrooms are large, good lighting and lots of clean towels. The location is great close to everything, restaurants, shopping downtown and even the 401.
highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service and stunning modern rooms. A great choice. If you need a hotel close to the 401 and the conference centre this is ideal. Great breakfast. Very close to the outlet shopping and many choices for dinner.

We stayed here for just one night on our driving trip from Ottawa to Toronto in Oct 2012.

My experience of Holiday in Expresses was from one night in the UK and I was not really expecting much, however I was pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is located just off the highway on the edge of a site of a shopping centre and across the road from a gas station, so the area is fine for a nights stop. There are several chain restaurants close by. If you want something better then you need to drive in to Kingston itself.

Reception staff greeted us well and checking in was painless. Our room was on the 2nd floor at the back of the hotel. It was well appointed and had comfortable beds. A large flat screen TV and free wifi. Bathroom was fine although I found it a bit cold.

We had the buffet breakfast which was your typical buffet, good enough to set you on your way but if you wanted better then go out and buy it elsewhere. I'm not a fan of frozen omelettes and sausage patties. Pastry's were nice!

The hotel is located quite a drive from the tourist areas of Kingston, but the drive in was pretty easy, this of course means when you leave your straight on the highway so it has it plus points. It is however not far from the railway and I think nearly every freight train in Canada must have decided to meet here and sound their whistle's during the night!! I would ask for and upper front room, which may be quieter.

The hotel has a pay to use laundry which we used and was a welcome facility.

All in for what we paid an nice clean comfortable place to stay. Yes I would stay again.

Room Tip: Perhaps try a front room to escape the noise from the trains and highway?
