Recently in the area we were taken to Chuck's by a friend. Siding with those before me the food here is both fresh and varied....a great choice if in the market for a burger of any type. My choice a Cajun burger complete with back bacon and a fried egg, great fries and coleslaw. Definitely tall and messy but definitely worth it. My husband wild mushroom and Gouda ...very good. My friend had a turkey burger with Brie, pear and cranberry mayo. Although a bit light on the cranberry she found the combo very tasty. For those undecided a combo of 3 small minis in different flavours available without the fries and slaw. Although the servings were more than ample and the burgers built high we all came away feeling satisfied and not overstuffed. The menu also offers great looking salads and wings, etc. if burgers not your cup of tea. The restaurant is very narrow and small...we sat at the counter. Also on a hot day (it was35 when we were there )it is definitely very warm as the kitchen is right there. A great place to try in an area of Hamilton where you could spend a few hours.

The burger was so fresh and high quality meat.
The restaurant is really small but warm and welcome with a very good service.

The place is quite small to come in a big group, only 2 person fit for the table.
So many kinds of meat for burgers; I tried the Angus beef burger, which cost you just about 8$
I can feel that the meat quality is so good. Service is good but I guess it might slow down a little bit when it crowded with customers.

Excellent burger's for all tastes. Beef, lamb, turkey, veggie.... Bacon (that's right, a burger made from ground bacon). The fries are also excellent here. The only drawback to Chuck's is the extremely limited seating. As long as you're willing to be a bit cramped or are there to take out, you'll LOVE your experience here.

Had the best burger I think I ever have had. The service, was young and a little slow, but meant well. The place was quite busy. Very small can't really sit with more than one person comfortably unless you sit at the bar.
Worth a trip, but may use the take-out from now on!
