“A wonderful addition to Guelph!”
Reviewed March 23, 2014

So happy that Eric the Baker is open. The best bread, croissant and pastries in Guelph. Everything we have tried has been perfect. Eric is a very friendly person & clearly loves what he does.

“BEST hot chocolate EVER!”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

We bring everyone we know to Eric the Baker just for the hot chocolate! So fresh and real... it really is the best. Service is friendly but quite slow, but the food and drink make up for the time! Totally recommend. A real French experience!

“Tasty, but slow. ”
Reviewed March 1, 2014 via mobile

Everything is delicious but it is extremely crammed and slow in there. Probably best to order ahead especially is you're in a rush.

“YUM!”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

The baked goods are delicious....fresh, rustic, and made with a lot of justifiable pride. You have to get there early for the best selection, because the word about this new bakery is spreading fast, and the pastries start to disappear by mid afternoon. I wish there was more seating because it would be perfect to hang out there for an hour or two, drink the excellent hot chocolate, eat flaky pastries and watch the world go by.

“A little trip in France”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

The food sold here is just amazing. Just like the real stuff in France.
Everything looks delicious, and you just want to come back again to try something else. I'm so glad I live nearby !
