I have driven past Flavours many times, and finally stopped on Saturday evening for dinner... and I am glad we did. Great selection of food on the buffet, some of the nicest Rogan Josh, nan, and chilli chicken I have tasted, friendly staff to our order and cleared dirty dishes with efficiency. very well priced at unch starting at $7.99 and dinner time $9.99. For $6.99 you can create your own takeout dinner... cheaper than cooking at home!!! Another interesting feature is you are allowed to bring your own wine at no extra cost.

Best Indian food in Burlington hands down. Great spices & flavor profile, lots of variety and not greasy at all like some Indian places. Get fresh roti if you can. I like to get take out from the buffet because its only $7 ($9 if you eat in). Their desserts aren't great though. Go to Kwality on Guelph if you want good desserts.

Flavours of India – visit Sept 21 (took a while to get this place listed on TA)

This is a relatively new restaurant in Burlington (opened 5 months) ago. It specializes in an inexpensive Indian buffet for $11.99. The buffet had quite a number of dishes and it looked delicious. The restaurant itself is a fair size with several very plain almost military style tables. What it lacks in décor though must make up for the food, was my initial impression, as there was a good number of people sampling the buffet. We had however ordered take out. Our order included: Onion Bhaji, Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken, Goat Curry (traditional), Nan and Rice at the cost of $36 (very reasonable)
Our meal was available on time as promised in 30 min and piping hot. Person behind the counter very friendly and efficient. Dinner was very good. Ample portions. The meat tender, tasty and delicious. Curry was spicy hot but not overwhelming. Butter chicken and curry was perfect. The onion bhaji on the other hand was a little different from what I have normally received at other restaurants. It had a red tint, was greasy and had somewhat an odd taste. I presume the chef just has a different way of making this appetizer.
Everything else was great and we will visit again - next time for the buffet. Their takeout menu mentions that you are welcome to bring your own wine at no corkage charge – now that is something all the restaurants should do.
